Location need some help. Line was long out side. Biscuits was dry and taste less as well as the Cajun fries. Chicken sandwich was okay. Will continue to go to the University Ave location.

I ordered online via their app for a set time to pick up on my way to work. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED PUTTING IT TOGETHER YET! They made me late for work. I work at a hospital, set shift start time. It took them 15 minutes to put it together.

The fact that I give this place the same rating as cheesecake factory is because it is sooo economic, well portioned*, and there isn't really anything I can say bad about it.

It seems like they are doing good in business and it's for a reason.

* I don't get anything but family meals.

I was over charged and given the wrong order and they didn't want to fix the problem I will never be ba k

Very good fried chicken, I wish they could give more item for the money I spend, well is a little be price, I thought I could have more for my money, well maybe down the road.

The manager was very nasty. My order was wrong and I had to go back to back to the store to get my food and nobody apologized to me. I need my whole order made again.

Besides your own homemade chicken this one the best, sorry, there are not much Popeyes around, need more.

The chicken was the best friend chicken that I have eaten after my mom's friend chicken! It was piping hit, crispy, and well-seasoned!

Okay now when it comes to chicken well not really chicken but Popeyes popcorn shrimp that is my favorite with chicken tenders that is to die for I love their popcorn shrimp and they have great biscuits as well as I can't complain about that because the biscuits are truly good as well

Great location and great staff - during my visits they've always checked to make sure orders were correct, and they try to take care of you if the order is taking longer than expected. Food always hot and fresh too.

Not a good experience on this trip chicken was not done had to wait 15 minutes and when I did get it should have checked it before I left but I got one leg One Wing and to breast and the breasts were old like it's been sitting for a long time if I didn't live too far away I would have went back up there

Food was good but their worker Letavia she was great she had good customer service and was very nice.

This pop eyes was delicious only downside was the smell inside the restaurant. Take your order to go and you should be fine

I have been going here for quite sometime and I have always been pleased with the staff. Great customer service, minimal wait time at the drive thru and the food is always hot and fresh. Very well ran by the management. Definitely would recommend for all chicken lovers! Keep up the good work!

The wait in drive through was okay but when it was time to order the cashier act as if she didn't know the menu. I just got frustrated and drive off.

Very busy location. The employees are not to personable but I can say that this place is run liked a well oiled machine.chicken is always fresh and hot!

Good lord, I love Popeyes. This is ky staple location that is almost a biweekly dinner choice. They frequently run $5 box combos (no drink) that fill me up well. Watch out though, this is definitely not healthy food, however its 1000x better than KFC.

Quick service, fresh food but drive through had a very long line so it was easier to go inside.

Best crew of ANY popeyes. Always get it right and they work fast getting the drive thru and the dinning room orders. This should be a training model for all popeyes. These sisters got it in check.

Just a little to long of a wait or it would have been a five, very nice people, attitudes, and really well cooked food.
