I had to wait for 10+mins at the drive thru just to order with nobody in front of me and they just threw my fries into the bag with no holder

I love Popeyes but some of the staff are rude and act like you are bothering them by showing up

This place used to be great and I would have given it 4 or 5 stars.but now for whatever reason they say they're open until 11pm but they actually close more at 10 o'clock because none of the employees are gonna do anything after that point there all just cleaning up to go home.they tell me "we're sold out of everything" you can't even get a sweet tea at 10: 30. And just because You tell someone God-bless and rudely walk away from the microphone or just turn it off doesn't make up for being lazy and rude.

None of staff was wearing masks properly or at all. Hands me a to go bag with some sauce on the handle

I will say that if you order online pick it up inside. Dont use drive thru. You will waist time because normally people dont order online and you will need to wait behind them. Also check the order. I left without checking and got incorrect side. Food was hot and just made.

Employees very disrespectful order a one piece they wrap it all in paper the chicken the fries an the biscuit worse popeyes

Let's be honest why is this place open at night? They say there out of chicken sandwiches and probably other stuff but is it because the workers it most of the food or is it they are just lazy to make it I wonder what the managers think of this

What's the point of ordering online to come in the store and have to wait 20 minutes on top of that I guess she's the manager Tommie on her phone every sec and was pretty rude. Well this one less customer they have to worry about #Get it together

Best chicken in the world but the lowest I've ever seen take 40 minutes just to get a box of chicken

This place no good i order 8 pics family and some chicken strip the food was so cold they didn't give me my chicken strip

The food was decent but the drive-through service was not that great. Didn't get napkins or even a spoon to eat my Mac and cheese with.

This was my first visit to Popeye's Fried Chicken. It certainly won't be my last. The chicken was the best I've had in ages. Better than KFC and even better than Publix. I thought since I was eating fried chicken, I may as well go all the way and have Mac and Cheese. It too was the best. So creamy and rich. Super yummy!
The restaurant was clean and the employees friendly. Customer service is very important to me. They deserve all 5 stars.

I didn't need to be roasted like this today.
My husband's been laughing through a whole 5 piece tender meal. Yall got half dozen sauces, 2 of em are ranch. Jesus, sue me.

Not sure why I still go to this popeye's. The employees here are so rude all the time. I understand you do not like your job but please do not take it out on everyone else.

Clean and friendly atmosphere! Marisol and the staff are amazing and really made the experience enjoyable! Food was delicious! Definitely recommend this place!

Waited 5 min in drive thru to find out they didnt have chicken ready. Substituted for dry chicken fingers and a spoon full of what was supposed to be rice n beans that taste like mint and a biscut that could break a car window

I had a WONDERFUL Eperience visiting this store. It was clean inside & out, Friendly fast service and caught a Great pricing Special at the same time. They're Coming Up again!

The place was as expected for a popeyes, however the staff was friendly. Some popeyes are so busy that they forger who keep them on the number 1 chicken spot.

The most cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever had. MARISOL the best worker that I’ve ever seen was helpful with so much & very friendly! I will come back to this Popeyes 100% because of my service

Food ok.but service is just so uncaring and unproffesional. Guys.get organized and please get your stuff together. Third time here.
