Fast & Clean Service, The Jamaican Manager Went Ova & Beyond For Customer Service & Customer Satisfaction

Everytime I come here I spend 60 dollars. I love fried chicken and the gallon of tea. Fried chicken and tea straight to the face. Nom nom nom.

This is the baddest popeyes in Florida, the employees and even the manager have to learn about customer service, they treat you like you come to order and not to buy, the owner or the owners of this branch have to review this for that the client is the one who pays the salaries and those who make that store open, nor take my food and they made my night bitter, I went because my wife is pregnant, but I don't like that place because they treat you disparagingly and that That you get to buy not to ask, if they continue with that bad service in the short term or in the long run they will bankrupt the business. 05/26/2021. The general manager is not doing his job well because his employees treat customers like garbage, they have to teach them better customer treatment or change the general manager, because he is doing a terrible job.

Horrible, staff were rude, yelling at us, threw our food in bag. We waited 15 min to place drive through order with no one in front of us and we said "hello" a few times. No one even acknowledged we were there. When they finally did, it was beyond rude. Already place a review with corporate as well.

My experience with this Popeye’s was HORRIBLE! The drive-thru window employee (African American Male) was RUDE, Unprofessional and lack customer service skills. If your employees don’t know how to be professional, FIRE them & HIRE people who really want to work (and, would really appreciate a job). This location is too close to several hospitals who patronize this location to be treated so disrespectful.

Glad you asked this was my worst experience since visiting popeyes restaurant the drive through Customer service/cashier I have ever encountered rude is not what it should be won't go there again both my daughter and myself agree

I just went to try Louisiana food. It's hot, it's tasty and the day after I'm sick. But your milage can vary, I'm not tolerant of very spicy food. Only to take away because of covid.

The skin is supposed to be the best part The chicken had no seasoning on it So it was flat out nasty I ve never had nasty Popeyes until now Biscuits over cooked they were brown and crispy

I waited a long time to try this place, but it was worth it. The chicken tastes great. They have a spicy and mild option. I loved their biscuits, so fluffy. For a fast food joint it does not disappoint.

The food is exactly what you would expect from Popeyes and the staff here is super cool. Need Popeyes? Definitely take your business here.

Good food, and also the customer service you get from Ms. Denise is unique. She always have a great smile to greet every customer and make everyone feel welcome. In 2018 It is hard to find good customer service on a employee in South Florida fast food industry.

I went there last night, it was a great restaurant and the food was hot they just came off the grill. I would recommend to come here.

Not fresh and the Manager that was serving the food her face looks like she was pissed but dont take it on my food

Chicken was good but it sucks that you have to count the chicken before you leave the store or you may definitely be missing one piece. I bought the 10 peice meal and i received 9 peice meal instead. This is not the first time this has happened. If i buy from this restaurant again i will definitely count it in front of them.smh

Chicken was delicious and location was very clean on the inside despite looking kind of dated and dirty on the outside

One of the best chickens out there by far, I could eat it until I explode lol.i must be pretty lucky to be next to one because down in miami they are pretty scarce

20th street Miami service was totally messed up I ordered a family meal it was dry. I asked for plates and napkins and forlks and was told no! What kind of place tells you no. I will never eat there again!
