Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Macclenny FL

$13 for the smallest 3pc combo EVER. Guy at DT took 10 mins to take order and then another 10 mins just to take the money. Not to mention food was cold. This is 3rd and last time this will happen at this location. Also teach employees to speak to the customer.

I order at 316pm and when I arrived at the drive thru at 405pm I was ask to come in side.mind you this was a drive Thru mobile order.i figured it was due to being busy.no it wasn't, there's was 4 employees relax on the other side of the counter and no other customer besides the drive through one. Which was 3 others behind me.so i park went inside was told okay we will get your order.at 439pm I ask again where's my order the employees said I will get it again same lady mind you. Now It's been over an hour worth my time and i didnt receive my order till i ask a 3rd time at 455pm. Then was incomplete. I literally had to fuss and show the employees it xame with a drink that they where dening me had to show them the recpt they handed me showing clearly what i paid for.no apologies just handed me the item with an attitude as if i was waisting there time.really poorly handled even after i was being patient for over an hour so lesson learn. Question is what's the point ordering a head when there is no sense of urgency when the customer arrives if your still made to wait the same amount of time if we just order when I get here.

I ordered thru the app. Order was to be ready by 6: 10 pm. I get there and the lobby is locked. So I had to go thru the drive thru. I get to the speaker which you couldn’t see because the order board wasn’t lit up yet and tell her my name. She proceeded to tell me I have to wait until I get to the window. Get to the window and my order hadn’t even been started on yet. I have to show her my order and the fact it was paid for out of my account. I finally got my food at 6: 30. The service was awful. The people working could care less. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this location. This location needs a management change and fast.

Forget people. You will never get anything you want. Nasty, rude, incompetent morons are employed there. I don’t see any customers there anymore. Shut it down!

Closing the doors before 5: 30 p.m is unacceptable.only drive-thru is just lazy employees if you ask me

Ordered 12 piece chicken box. Drive 25 minutes home to find that there were only 9 pieces.really made my day.had two grand kids over for the night and was really disappointed after waiting 15 minutes to have the chicken cooked and that was not a problem. Noticed while I was waiting that employees were sitting in the restaurant with a back pack on the counter top.headphones charging and sandals on the floor.felt like I was sitting in someone's living room.all that being what it is.should I have to count my chicken before I leave the restaurant.please get back to me and explain how you plan to rectify the problem with Macclenny Florida's Popeyes restaurant. At this point I have no intentions of eating here again and will friends the same.look fwd to your reply.thank you.

Go to order items and told we're out of that and we're out of that also. Food and service not so great considering the price you pay for it!

Out of Tea, sprite, Dr pepper was flat, and this is what they call a thigh, extremely small.

Mrs Yentl is the best, she is kind and always smiling very positive and hard working, always helping her customers and she really need a raise that girl works for 3 people she is amazing she deserves a recognition big time for her hard work making sure we all eat good. I come just because of her

We ordered on the app and arrived at the store for pick-up. The lady in the drive thru just opened the window and stared at us (absolutely NO greeting). When we told her about our online order, she told us that the order wasn't ready yet and asked us to pull up to a parking spot. 25 minutes later, they brought the food out. I'm not sure what we waited for, because the food was old, cold, and tasted as if it had been sitting there since this morning! This location won't last long with the poor service and awful food!

Sorry as hell service thru the drive thru twice waiting over 5 minutes and not getting any service

Lack of training! POOR MANAGEMENT! Food is good but the service is awful. I blame the management for not training his/her staff. Too long in the drive-thru. Then, I got the wrong order! Went again and was told at the window after ordering, that I had to have exact amount of cash or use a credit card. Why, at lunch time, do they not have the proper cash/change on hand? I could go on from bad service from a year ago. Now, we plan to never go back. Sad, since we love Popeyes chicken sandwiches. I think this place will be closing. Oh, I tried to give no stars but I had to post.so I gave it one star but it isn't even worth one star.

After reading these comments, it's interesting to know that Popeyes isn't a success in certain areas or regions. If y'all get a chance, y'all need to come to New Orleans, Louisiana and/or surrounding areas of New Orleans to get the real Popeyes experience. I see some of y'all like KFC or Bojangles where as it's not really popular in the New Orleans or surrounding areas. I just wish that all Popeyes were good, that's my point.

Terrible Service. Was told the lobby was closed at 5: 30 in the afternoon and they only had one person working. Then I went to the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and was told they didn’t even have the chicken thawed out. Please don’t wast your time. Drive on to Baldwin and order at Bojangles. This place is a joke

Ordered on the app and went inside store to pick it up they couldn’t find my order.they were very rude when they found it and saw it was a big order (like how dare I make them do their job) the order was wrong and messed up the chicken was as hard as hockey pucks I will never go to Popeyes again especially the one in macclenny, fl

Drive thru is super slow to take your order and takes forever sitting in line. Happens all the time.

At the speaker for 25 mins. 8 cars behind me blowing at me. I drive up and say is the speaker working? She was like have a nice day! Manager that is on duty 8/7 @6: 30 and when she is here this place is not where you want to go. Any one else and you get in and out.
