Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Pace FL

I was in Pace Florida.had to wait 15 to 20 minutes but hot and fresh.and I didn't have to cook. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Food was hot but had to wait over 20 minutes to get it via drive through. All of the orders were incorrect, didn't want to bother going in to get it fixed just to wait another 20 minutes.

Ordered at drive-thru, repeated my order back to me, waited 10 minutes and they STILL got my order wrong. Missing a 2- piece spicy meal- only got the drink.

Whoever the manager was on November 10 at around 2: 45 PM was extremely helpful. I placed the wrong location on my online app order and she helped me fix it where is most of the time and fast food restaurants and have experienced less than helpful people and generally have a bad attitude. I do not remember her name but I really appreciate her and this location was clean and the food tasted fresh.

They probably have one of the best hot and spicy chicken sandwiches and the history of chicken fried establishments in existence

Went went through drive-thru, chicken there is always expensive but is usually ok, but this time it was stale, like sitting under them lights to long. It was not very enjoyable. Potatoes and gravy is always good

My sister and I ordered 3 meals at the pace popeyes on doordash. One 3 piece, one 5 piece, and a spicy chicken sandwich, instead of getting what we ordered, we got two 3 piece meals and no spicy chicken sandwich. The food was cold.
It's way too expensive out here rn to be paying $52 for a meal and not receiving all of it. Not even 2/3 of it.and the food we did receive was cold and disgusting.do better.

Tried the new sweet and spicy wings. They were pretty good. I would have like them a little more temperature hot. The customer service were great. Both ladies that I interacted with were supper nice, especially the manager that was on duty. It was also clean in the lobby and as far as I could see in the back. I would definitely go back to this location.

It took 30 minutes door to door to get a sandwich and an order of tenders. Nothing else to say.

Had to pull ahead for them to fry more chicken. (Cool.) Got home and realized they only gave us part of the order. (Honestly, still cool.) Called to get the difference credited back to my card but they won’t answer the phone and they don’t have a voicemail. (Not cool.)

Two days ago came here and got mashed potatoes and gravy (large $7). Asked the girl for salt, she gave me like 20 packs looking disgruntled. Noticed no utensils, (with mashed potatoes), asked for some. She handed me a spork, looking even more disgruntled. I drove away in shock and then noticed no napkins either. Great experience

Never going here again. They've messed up my order and left out sides and main dishes.

Service has always been great. The workers are very polite and professional. The atmosphere is clean and quiet. The food is always great.

Couldn't even order! Only one in line for 15 minutes. But drive thru and online orders running through and obvious higher priority than a face to face customer. Popeyes you lost at least 7 customers in that moment of time. Customer service is the last thing on your list in Pace Florida! Wonder how long before you are closed.

3 cars in parking three in drive through and everyone has been waiting over 18 minutes without ordering. Two cars have drove off already.
