Bad service, horrible portions an, COLD. I wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!

A relatively cheap, fast, and friendly chicken fast food location. The food is good and so is the service, however it is located right next to one of FSU's parking garages so it is frequently extremely busy, especially during peak hours and can be very difficult to get in and out of.

Don’t eat here. Too many homeless people hanging around this business begging for money with no masks on! Find somewhere else to eat safely.

I chose drive thru and there were 2 cars ahead of me. It took way to long to place my order and to receive it also. No more Popeyes for me. The chicken was really hard and it wasn't tasty like it usually is.

Yuck! Chick sandwich barely average. Mac&cheese horrible and rootbeer tasted like brown sugar water. Threw it all out!

Food was great but more employees who can learn how to do the survey or assist customers on how I do it or make no sense to have one

I asked them to please make sure that my chicken was fresh.y’all they lied that chicken was dry tasted like it had just been sitting out. My fries wasn’t even fresh.

Food was fresh and hot store was clean only downside they were out of ice and they ran out of shrimp for the butterfly shrimp.

They were very very slow about getting the orders out. I usually go to lake Bradford road they are much more friendly and fast

They seem to be understaffed. Every time I've come here, there's a long wait. Today, the drive thru lone was out to the street and the line inside was long too.

The wait was extremely longer than 7 min.was told someone wld bring our food to the car when its ready and no one did. My husband went in and got it. There was no spoon in the bag. Maybe they were shorthanded that night

Enjoyed my experience at Popeyes. Staff was professional and service was great. Building was clean.

Compared to the Popeyes on Apalachee parkway, this one is rough! The service is so slow and the employees are so loud in the background you can’t hear over the speaker. Take notes.

Tonight it was 10: 30 p.m. The drive-thru speaker is blasting "Our store is closed, please visit again". I am the third car before the window with four cars behind me. I was unable to place an order. Have been in the drive-thru for minutes. Wow!

Drive-thru didnt respond. I had to go to the window to place my order. Cashier forgot to handed my drink. I had go all the way around to get my drink.

Oh boy the service can be challenging when the employees that is preparing the food has the pottest mouth (using the "F"word "B" word) in the store you have to think about whether you want to spend your hard earned money at the POPEYES establishments you are better off spending your money at Chick-fil-A. I would have given them a 0 star if it was available.

Excellent fried chicken. Biscuits were disappointing, hard. Long drive thru line, but went pretty quickly.

Popeyes Fried Chicken was great. The fries and red beans & rice was very good. I enjoyed it.

We are a family of 8 and got treated very well with patience smiling staff. Hard to find that these days. Thank you!

The chicken was overcooked and the pieces of chicken look like Danny or pigeon they were so small
