Port Everglades FL

Neither Royal Caribbean nor the Port would provide my parents with a wheelchair. They made them walk approximately 2 blocks in order to check in.

My father uses a walker and has limited mobility. About 20-minutes til they got to the pier in order to check in.

How dangerous for two elderly seniors to walk in the middle of the street.

Dissappointed and disgusted with the lack of service provided.

We arrived a bit early and it was extremely hot outside after I complained to a worker they opened the doors and let us wait inside thank you for that but some shade and some place cool to wait would be appreciated

Pretty smooth operation. Elevators too small for amount of people traveling thru.
Lot of workers standing around doing nothing on our departure. Excellent service at check in.

Love to see the big ships on the dock, very nice when they sit sail. The lights at night on these ships are amazing, it's like a little world on the waters.

Easy as pie. I drove to the port, arrived at 10: 30 and dropped off the bags. Went and parked the car (directly across from the terminal) went inside, checked in and went thru security. We were on the ship at 11: 10.40 minutes from pulling up to the terminal is the quickest we've ever seen.

Check in process is smooth but they need to do something about departure transportation. Miami has lots of airport shuttles but there didn't seem to be any here.

Watch out for the security guards there, they're abrupt and a bit nasty in keeping order as cars jockey for position to pick up passengers.

This is the cruise terminal of Royal Caribbean and I have been here twice to board Oasis and Wonder of the Seas in 2015 and 2022.

I am not happy at all about staff not following boarding rules which Royal Caribbean kept emphasizing multiple times before the cruise. We were told repeatedly not to arrive early before our scheduled boarding time because we won't be allowed to enter, however as I was entering the terminal for the my 11AM boarding a family of 4 brushed past me to skip the line, and when the staff asked them what their boarding time was they answered 11: 30, yet they were allowed to enter without further questions!

I was shocked when I entered the terminal and found hundreds of other passengers already waiting inside, and clearly not all of them are scheduled to board at 11 AM, which was the earliest boarding slot for my cruise.

Other than that, the terminal hasn't been renovated much all these years, especially on the outside which still looks outdated. The area around the port is industrial and not much to see there.

Local law enforcement very rude to drivers, & people in general. I understand there busy, but they are here to serve us

Security is not serious, getting onto the dock. Unless there are tracking camera's. The place is wide open.did not see any police presence.

4.5 stars for boarding.
5+ stars for disembarkation.

Just got off Allure of the Seas. Boarding was organized with lines as expected but through no fault of the port or Royal Caribbean themselves. If you’re given a check in time, you will be inside the terminal approximately around your 15 minute window. From there it takes less than half an hour to be inside the ship.

If you arrive two hours earlier than your assigned time and complain that you waited two hours, you did that to yourself. It’s not their fault. They will not change your checkin time.

Disembarkation was amazing. Less than 10 minutes from when I left my stateroom to being outside waiting for pick up.

Never had an issue any time I have visited. Busy but efficient. Abundance of porters to take care of your luggage. Did not experience any long lines or wait times. Friendly people the entire process.

The port is very busy during departure and arrivals. But it's very easy to navigate and get to where you need to be in no time at all. From the time I was dropped off at the terminal till the time I arrived in my cabin only one hour went by.

This is the terminal from which cruise ships depart. Boarding and check-in for the cruise is streamlined and well organized. Prepare tips for porters.
