Joe was great very professional and very reasonably priced. We had an issue with our fridge he came out the same day he had to order part and was back to finish the repair when the part came in. He also looked at our freezer in the garage and he will be back to fix that next week. My neighbor was so happy to hear we found a good appliance repair company that she called him to check her stove too. Joe and his wife run a great appliance business we will definitely use his service again in the future.

I'm new to the Stuart area and the day I moved into my home, found the refrigerator was leaking water. It was late afternoon and after contacting three companies, I opted to go with PSL Appliance and am so glad I did. The owner, Joe, came out that evening and efficiently resolved the issue (s). He was thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, which I much appreciated. Not only was his service exceptional, his fees were very fair.

Recently had an issue with my washing machine. Joe came out, evaluated the problem, ordered the part in a timely manner, and most importantly explained EXACTLY what the issue was in terms anyone could understand so as to not make you feel like I was being taken advantage of. I really appreciate the honesty and you guys have earned my business. Well done!

My first experience joe did not call to set up an appointment and I had to call the office to get him to call. The exact same thing happened on the second time I attempted to use them. The first time he didn't have parts (a pump for a dishwasher). The second time he was afraid of mice and wouldn't do any work, exclaiming " call an exterminator and buy a new refrigerator" my neighbor and I fixed it with a $15.00 part from Home Depot. I am better off without this service and won't call them again

They took my money for an estimate. Set an appointment for the repair and never showed and won’t answer the phone. Very unprofessional I canceled appoint only after you did not show in the day of appointment and then didn’t answer the phone for a week. When you finally answered it and told me you couldn’t tell me when the part would be there. I then canceled. They then agreed to give me my 75 dollars back but have given me the run around on for weeks with lies that they sent it and it got returned. Then they were going to drop in off in person. And now they post it’s non refundable because “their” time. What about the day I took off that they didn’t show? That’s more than 75 dollars worth. In the end make your own choice to use this husband and wife duo that work out of their home and don’t have any business ethics at your own risk.

Thanks to a neighbor for posting his review about Port St Lucie Appliance Repair on Facebook. We had the exact same issue with our French door refrigerator leaking water under the bottom freezer. Joe came the next day, cleaned out the sheet of ice under the bottom drawer and cleaned out the drain tube which was completely clogged. Joe was very knowledgeable and turned out to be a common and inexpensive fix.

So our 6 1/2 year old French Door with the freezer bottom GE fridge was leaking water from under it. Called Port St Lucie Appliance Repair. They came today and explained that this type of fridge collects ice under the bottom drawer. Needless to say there was a 3/4" layer of ice, as well as ice in the very back. The drain line was completely clogged with stuff which caused the ice buildup.

Did a thorough diagnostic and found the problem quickly and saved us having to replace the appliance. Very Happy

Called PSL Appliance Repair (awesome office response) for our fridge, which was making a horrendous noise after we changed our water filter. Next day Joe called and we set up an appointment for later that day, he knew right away what it was, but needed to order part. Part came in, we scheduled, he changed part, and water dispenser actually works better now than before my service call. Joe was awesome, the man knows his stuff, and very personable!
Price out the door (service call+ part+ labor) was fantastic, and PSL Appliance Repair will be our go to for any future appliance breakdowns.
