Lisa, the condominium manager, thinks she owns the condominium and is not an employee.

The most arrogant and arrogant being I've ever met in the whole country.

She will make you feel bad about living there, I think it's envy or repression, avoid this human being.

Was going to look at this apartment for a rental but after reading all of these reviews I think I will avoid it completely and especially avoid Lisa lol

The worst situation with elevators which I ever have. It’s not a first time when due to maintenance I couldn’t get my furniture to the apartment. Management doesn’t leave any notice that the maintenance by scheduling or something else. So l have to figure out what’s is going on and ho long. I take day off because I’m waiting for delivery and now I don’t now when it’s gonna be a chance to make reschedule. I hope the right people read my review and start doing their job eventually.

And security system. All time locks on the gate out of order.

Lisa. This job is not for her sad to say she’s very very mean. From the reviews many other people agree. Such a nice place for such a rude lady to be representing it.

Terrible management. The security and janitors are great, it’s Lisa who is terrible. I’ve heard of multiple people getting charged for ridiculous reasons, I myself have been fined $100 on multiple occasions, when it’s brought to their attention they don’t seem to care or give you a reason. Place is great, it’s a shame to be in the hands of such a problematic person.

I see so many negative reviews here about Lisa or Vivian, but I think they are just trying to do their job, So far, the both of them have been extremely accommodating and helpful. I understand there are rules in an association that they seem to be abiding by. This is a thankless job. But thanks for your help and guidance thus far! The place is amazing!

LISA, I cannot stress this enough. How can someone enjoy to charge innocent people for no reason at all? She makes this place feel like we’re in prison. As if I can’t have any guest over, the energy she radiates is negative. This place has potential…just not with her. Maybe she’s unhappy, I hope she can change and create a positive outcome to this community. I don’t believe she’s a bad person, I just think that she can do better…. We all think she can do better.

Not only is the management (Lisa) terrible in this building, acting rudely, refusing to talk to you or answer your questions, and yelling at you to get out of her office,
Not luxury here, move different place!

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. The office is totally disrespectful. Constant notices on door. Residents are treated like dirt. Hopefully Air B & B are treated better. We still have no amenities and it's February 2021 All other nearby properties have full amenities. Cut off our water in the middle of a work week without notice or update. Had to take kids to a hotel to shower. Please look elsewhere unless you want to struggle every day!

The property is nice and the grounds are pretty well maintained. The office management treats people poorly - extremely disrespectful, always comes up with additional fees not listed in the lease agreement, rude, greedy, and takes advantage of new immigrants who speak and understand very little English. I can't wait to move out. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Porto bellagio is an amazing place and have an amazing emplacement, but it would be simply more amazing without the administration People been so cold and not nice like that. They are so so cold and everything thing you ask them is like if you were asking them the biggest favour ever. Not very nice.

Garbage place. Infested with bugs. No help. No support from management. Had to get my money back.

This building is nice, in a calm area with beautiful location BUT if you don’t want to feel yourself as you own something to the management stay away from that building.

They treat you like you are nothing, no difference if you are the owner or renter. You have a contract for a year or a half year and during that time you are in a trap: they do whatever they want, close pool, gym and other amenities for as long as they want. Even now, after the pandemic, we still have nothing at the pool area except the pool itself. And it’s open from 8-6, so if you are working that hours-you are not able to use your pool. The same with gym. The pool at our second building still remains close.

I’ve never thought that the manager can affect the leaving in a nice building so badly. Lisa and Vivian are the rudest people I’ve ever met. Would not recommend this building to anyone.

The manager lisa is extremely rude and finds every reason to charge and fine people living here.she didn’t let me park a car that i rented in my parking spot because it wasn’t my own car.there is one elevator per building which breaks constantly every month or two and the pools are dirty most of the time.the good thing is is that the beach and restaurants are near but the manager should be fired.
