Friendly staff from the groundskeepers to the front desk! Clean room with cold AC! Well maintained facility and the free area shuttle was a nice touch, especially when coming by boat. We will be extending our stay on the next voyage!

also wanted to add that Stephanie the bar tender is THE BEST! Ask her to make you her famous mango drink, it should definitely be on the menu bc it was the best thing I had all week! She is AWESOME and has such a great vibe! We also LOVED the bartender Butch! Great people at an amazing place!

Beautiful resort in Islamorada on the Atlantic side. Perfect setting for a beautiful wedding, celebration of any kind. Very romantic and family friendly. Pool, beach, water sports and perfect to relax and soak up the sun.

Myself and my girlfriend liked the room very much. The room was comfortable and clean. We did not enjoy the pool because they had a DJ playing music that was unbelievably loud. I had to scream at my girlfriend so she could hear me, it was not peaceful and relaxing. There was a security guard walking around the pool looking at people and that made us uncomfortable. At night you would go to the marina and there was also loud music playing there. If you are looking to relax this is not the place.very loud.feel s like a spring break for students.

What a beautiful, peaceful resort. Every day we were in awe of the views! I definitely think it’s a better resort for adults, and it was extra quiet throughout the week up until Saturday when more visitors arrived. We had a really nice vacation here and would definitely stay again when returning to islamorada!

They have nothing 'raw'.
Also typical slow keys service, and high priced drinks.

Right on the beach. Great place to chill. Good location. Close to a lot of stores and places to rent boats or jet skiis.

Loved it! Everything we needed was on-site! Restaurant, live band, dj by the pool, even a shuttle service, not to mention an epicwaterfront view! Plus the lionfish festival was right on the docks!

This resort is fabulous, it was beyond our expectations. The room was comfortable, the scenery, the beach and pool are great! Couple bars and restaurants and plenty of space to roam around or sit and relax. Definitely recommend for all!

So sad to give this place 2 stars. Beautiful location. Exorbitant charges for limited services provided and the tiniest bathrooms. Bathroom had an odor from check-in. Despite covid precautions, at that price expect daily service even if minimal. Ice machine not functional in building. Each and everyday, unable to check out towels at the pool until well into the afternoon. Again, at $450+ (for NON WATER view I might add,) you expect better.

DO NOT bring kids here. This place is not for kids. They will be very bored. I came here for a week of diving and relaxing. It is a very nice ADULT (you’ve been warned) place. There are no kids and the 1-2 I saw weren’t having much fun. I’m giving it 3 stars because during my week, service wasn’t up to par - towel shortages, broken ice machines, limited staff, and no room service (Blaming Coronavirus). I guess it’s a down week, Coronavirus, or whatever. I’ll give them another chance in the future.

Right at the shore, everything is nice and smooth, private beach is well maintained, only on one side though, which was enough for us for a couple of days. Highly recommend

Beautiful location with so many amenities. Sarah at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. She took her time to explain the map, amenities and answer all our questions. She was very friendly. I definitely recommend this resort!

The fish tacos were amazing, the view was perfect, and we are always asking for Gabrielle when we come, she was the best.

What a ripoff. Sign says $10 parking for beach parking.payment kiosk charged us $20 when we left. Everyone be aware of thieves!
