I'd like to thank Matt, Paulette, Taylor and Ashley for an excellent job designing our postcard, it only needed few minor changes. I was very impressed with a powerful headline that grabbed attention. This was our first postcard campaign, two more will follow and the results were amazing. Just spoke with their live chat customer service about a custom job that our past vendor had failed to complete for us with quality. My real estate investing company signed up with Postcardmania in June 2017 to mail 5000 postcards to a very specific target group that both myself and Matt agreed would be the best fit for our company. We decided to use an existing Postcardmania template that I was told to have worked successfully with other real estate investors. Our results were "horrible"! Out of the 5000 mailed, we received 2 phone calls. One was from a homeowner that asked us to take her off the mailing list and the other was an individual wanting to sell us a home out of our mailing area. I was contacted by Dawn in February and was assured she would review our account and get back to me. After a phone call and an email she has yet to respond. Great at sales but POOR on what matters. RESULTS.

When I first called Postcard Mania I had no idea what the process was. I spoke with Zac and he got me all set up. He was extremely helpful. Then I met Sarah McGill who understood my needs and was nothing but accommodating. She listened and explained the timeline to me. And how the process would work. She went above and beyond to get our cards printed and mailed. I really enjoyed working with her! She made what could of been a painful process extremely easy!

There are many more positive things I can say about this company, but there's not enough room here to do so. It is owned by a great woman and she is so successful in business, Postcard Mania is a Fortune 500 company. A very balanced Company.

I was so unsure of where to get a website built because there is so much competition. I'm so happy I chose Postcardmania. The first giveaway that they were a great choice is their own website! It's incredible. I wanted everything on mine to work as it should, look awesome and attract potential customers, which it did. I had an online order the night of the first day it went live! That's crazy! Jennifer T.and Laura M.were awesome and replied rapidly and made changes / corrections as I asked throughout the design process. Even the owner, Joy, looked at my site towards the end of the process and made suggestions. That's amazing customer service, where the owner actually still works hard and cares about the companies products. My rep, Alex was very helpful and professional. The design and end result is awesome. The only complaint I have is that, after scrubing the mailing list, we have not yet been able to get a price reduction or credit for needing over 2,000 less cards than originally contracted.
