Pottery Barn, Wesley Chapel FL

I went to the store and purchased in stock items in May 2023. They didn't get delivered until the very end of September and an integral part was missing from the delivery! I called and they said they get five days to find the missing piece and if not they'll order a replacement. I called on October 6th, after the 5 business days, and they said ordered a replacement piece because they can't find the missing item. Here it is November 14th - 6 months from ordering 'in stock' items - and still no word from anyone. No missing piece. No final assembly. No one ever calls or follows up. I have to spend my time trying to track things down. It's just been a horrible experience from the moment I left the store.

I love Pottery Barn more than words can say but something changed. You just can’t get any furniture delivered that isn’t damaged and getting it replaced is an act of congress. I’m on my 6th replacement attempt and unfortunately the managers at the stores are not empowered to make a difference. It’s like a wall of bureaucracy that just can’t be broken. If I can pick something up in the store and see it’s in good shape I’ll still purchase from them but if it has to be shipped to me or the store I would soon rather stab my eyeballs out. It’s such a shame a company could be so broken!

The store has alot of great items. I was very surprised when I heard that they took the military discount away. They should bring it back

I have always appreciated the quality of the (many) Pottery Barn purchase I have made. What makes the Wesley Chapel Pottery Barn even better is the customer service. Cody was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend!

Disappointed, it is not like it used to be. Not a good selection of home decor any longer, mostly just bath towels and bland furnishings, in a bland environment. They used to have such a warm an inviting presence with lots to choose from (candles, flatware, dinnerware, accessories etc.but not much to talk about now)

Nice store, but mostly only higher end furniture. Was expecting more cool houshold goods like others PB's

Was so disappointed when I went in. It was not how it used to be. It was not as cozy and inviting as in the past. Not as many decor items or lighting selection. Seemed very limited in their offerings.
