While the equipment is good the customer service is horrible the owner has an attitude and doesn't like to answer questions about the services he provides.

Very disappointed the owner is very rude and unprofessional and also lost my pressure washer! They can’t find it in their system! What kind of system are they running?
Don’t ever drop any of your property there to be fixed I definitely won’t use them again and DO NOT recommend it to anyone!

Went to the shop without an appointment with a couple things needing repair.angel was very helpful and professional helped me right away.he took care of the issues that I was having and had me out the door within 20 minutes. Great shop and looking to help.

They deceive you
They DO NOT tell you that the estimate of a 36 machine is worth 120 dollars.is it a job? Of course they do.but they must be honest from the beginning and say that the estimate is not free

One of the owners there was extremely disrespectful and dismissive to me. They lost my pressure washer and the gentleman refused to help me locate it. He yelled at me and even insulted me just for asking questions about my equipment. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

We just needed 2 cables for our lawn mower and was informed with a negative attitude that the serial is required. We had the mower sitting on our pickup. With the serial on the pull start!
Was a major effort for the owner to walk out to where the mower was and try and help us.
Business is obviously doing great and small fry like us needing service is too much of a chore.
All we wanted to do is get parts and do business efficient, friendly and be on our way.
Honest opionion that the owner lacks the cappacity for the above and should not be in sales or customer service.

I can’t vouch for the repair service other than they won’t service your equipment unless it’s OEM parts.

Wouldn’t even provide a diagnosis of the issue unless I paid to have the aftermarket parts replaced with OEM.

As far as customer service, the lady behind the counter was friendly. One guy completely ignored me for at least 5 min when I was the only person waiting, then walked away. The guy that helped me…was a little rude.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: As other reviews have noted, a passive aggressive response. Likely a language barrier here since I didn't request that amazon parts be installed. Re-read the review.

Took our pressure washer in for a tune up and to replace the starter cord. No call to tell us the price and ended up being $260, which seemed high. 6 weeks later the pull cord pulled right out. Took it back and, no call to tell us there would be a charge. Charged us $40 with some excuse that it was a "different part" that broke.

Angel at Power Center is the best. He went above and beyond to help me find the right zero turn for my home. Angel has a lot of knowledge about lawn mowers with many years in the industry. He also delivered my mower after he was at the shop all day, (that shows me great customer service). I purchase a toro 34 zero turn and I'm very happy.

Very rude they don’t like to refund nor exchange
Misplace my invoice but they was able to pull it up in they system my order been on backoder for over two months. I ask to exchange they said I can’t exchange I have to continue to wait I spent over $200 i DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. His name is Angel he is very mean with bad customer service. He is an old and bitter guy.

Sylvia is great, she always takes great care of me. I ordered for my brother and other clients and it is always a pleasure. Great pricing on your sthil or torro equipment. They also repair your equipment.

Great customer service, always there to assist. Never have any issues with them whatsoever. I buy my equipment there and I also get my equipment serviced there. I never look anywhere else because they are the best
