Very positive purchasing experience for our first RV. Easy process to flow through for making a purchase, securing financing, and discussing estimated payments and terms ahead of time. Very approachable staff in all departments (sales, finance, service, parts), good integration between departments for setting up starter kits, inspections, pre-delivery repairs, walkthroughs and new owner “training”, and even helped facilitate quick insurance quotes. Had to do a hair of follow-up and prodding on a couple topics, but granted this process all happened start to finish in 7 days time from first looks to delivery… To be transparent about it - these guys work off a low % commission for a consignment purchase. So the service we got dollar per dollar considering what they stood to make on the deal seems to be a well balanced transaction in our opinion. Thanks to the PPL team for helping us get into our first Motorhome in what we believe was a balanced and positive manner.

I am from Romania and I bought in May 2023 a Minnie Winnie 22R manufactured in 2021. My experience with PPL? It was the only purchase option, out of hundreds, that convinced me to pay without seeing the RV first. David's heartfelt explanations, Nicole's patience led me to pay almost $70,000 with opening. When you earn this money for a lifetime working as a farmer and paying it to PPL in seconds is not easy. They convinced me! On June 15,2023, I arrived in Florida to pick up the RV. It was beyond expectations! As described, clean, no problems. I traveled with him along the route: Florida, NY, Canada, Alaska (up to the Arctic Ocean), the entire West Coast. Now I'm in Texas. I traveled 21,000 miles, without any technical problem, not even a flat tire. We are going to transfer the RV to the EU. That was my experience with PPL.

Purchased my 2007 Monaco Safari Class A diesel motorhome. The sales people were awesome. I will definitely do business with them again.

Dayana was our first contact with PPL and what a terrific representative of this company! She is professional, polite and full of personality. If you are in the market to purchase a used unit or like us, sell or consign a travel trailer please contact PPL, they treated us great!

Matthew was our sales rep, he was very professional, helpful, and didn’t push to make the deal. Definitely ask for him! Connor in finance was also great to work with. We were concerned with the negative reviews for this location but realize those were from the previous company. We will recommend PPL to our friends and family.

My Mom and Dad had a wonderful experience working with Dayana. She walked them through the selling process and paperwork. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She made sure my parent knew exactly how the process worked. She a great asset to PLL team.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

All they care about was a 5 star review, which they harassed and called me to give them multiple times. The sales rep was good and informative. When I decided to buy it, they made the process smooth. I left and had to come back 2 weeks later after I paid for a very expensive, $1200 19 point inspection where they were supposed to fix anything that was broken. They found the generator and some lights broken, and the tires needed to be replaced, which all fell under the 19 point inspection.

When I came to pick it up, a man named Joel was responsible for fixing the light and the generator and told me he replaced the tires. I checked and he did not. They had ME drive the RV to a place the next day with the bad tires to have them replaced.

I took it on my first trip immediately and by the end, I found multiple things broken that should’ve been covered by the expensive inspection I paid for. I called Joel and he said they would fix everything whenever I could bring it over (again, over an hour away).

I dropped it off and told him all that was wrong (the fridge, an outlet, and the bathroom fan didn't work, the generator had a problem and there were major water leaks at both slide outs) and asked if I could pick it up on the weekend in 5 days. He said that was perfect!

When I came back, Joel wasn’t there to walk me through. I went to inspect the fixes with another guy who didn’t seem to know what was going on. They had the slide seals redone because it had a leak. The wrong bathroom fan was replaced so they had to do that again in front of me. They were supposed to fix the ice maker and the charging outlet. They told me they’re sending me the parts to fix it myself which I thought was as good as it would get so I said ok (The parts NEVER even showed up). The auto generator needed some tweaks that they did while I had to wait. They had me show them for an hour in the Florida heat where and what to fix when I came to pick it up at the agreed upon time.

Several weeks later, I noticed some water damage in the same spots they said they sealed while checking on the RV in storage. I tore the floors and wallpaper off and it turns out the RV has had MASSIVE water damage on the floor AND the walls around BOTH slide outs. When I tried calling to talk to them about it, somehow, JOEL was UNAVAILABLE, the MANAGER was UNAVAILABLE, their HEAD OF SALES was UNAVAILABLE and when I called the CORPORATE line, it was also UNAVAILABLE.

Wow! PPL Motor Homes in Summerfield Florida is absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I have never been more impressed with an organization. From the first call to driving our rig off their lot, we had outstanding customer service. This company was honest and transparent throughout our whole traction with them. They paid attention to every detail that we needed from the time we arrived to pick up the rig, until we left with it. We felt like they all were good family. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy an coach, RV or any other product that they sell. You will not be disappointed. They back up what they say. A huge shout out to Matthew, Joel, Connor, Victor, Zach, Felix, Dave and Amos. You all have blessed us greatly. THANK YOU GREATLY!

The initial meeting was very enlightening and informative. I appreciated that they didn't try to hide the facts and details. All on the up and up. Dayana has worked in the industry for years, so she really knows the RV world.she was a joy to work with.

What a fantastic experience PPL Motorhomes staff provided us. We cannot thank Matthew Darulla enough for getting us started and finding out what we wanted and what our options were. Connor Cockfield got right on the financing. He was great with giving recommendations of what might work best for us. He took care of all the financial paperwork so when we arrived from SC to Summerfield, FL we just needed to sign after viewing the RV. He also explained each paper we were to sign thoroughly. When we arrived on Saturday morning, Zach, the manager greeted us and chatted with us for a few minutes and let us know some info.about our unit. Joel Saucier provided an outstanding walk thru! (We are very experienced RVers and never have we had such a thorough and comprehensive walk thru with an RV!) He answered all questions and explained in-depth everything we needed to know about this particular RV. In general, this was a very easy and well orchestrated process that put us at ease, especially with us coming from out of state. We were hesitant at first b/c we have never dealt with a company that consigns RV. The staff’s transparency was very much appreciated and speaks volumes about their customer service and professionalism. We would highly recommend PPL Motorhomes for purchasing your next RV.

We purchased a Tiffin Breeze from PPL in February 2023 and have been very happy with it. We took it in for service at the end of May knowing we had only a bit of time before our first extended road trip mid July. There were a few parts sourcing delays and as our trip drew closer our Service Advisor Kristin did an awesome job keeping us advised of things and pushing hard to make things happen. We hit a few bumps on pick up day and had to instead return a few days later for pick up. The staff was very apologetic and double checked to be sure there were no further issues. Overall we are pleased with the way things were ultimately handled with Kristin heading up the process! Kristin gets a five star review in our book but I wish I could deduct a half star for the small issues. That wouldn’t be fair to her though because she offered and delivered 5 star service and those problems had nothing to do with her.
