They did a lovely job. Our lawn looks better than ever. They did a sod replacement of the front lawn. They were very professional and courteous. I will gladly call on them again.

Property management sent them to remove a massive oak tree hanging over the house, entire tree was removed and cleaned up in 2 days great job, photos before and during.

Nearly 8 weeks after the initial request was put in, and two visits later, and the irrigation system has still not been fixed. Patricia, a supervisor at this location, was utterly annoyed to even have to talk to me. She stated they would be unable to fix the issue, even though it was their fault for not fixing it the first time, until they were paid for the original invoice. I told her that I wasn't surprised the original invoice was unpaid, the leasing company is likely waiting for the work order to be completed (since it never was completed in the first place). This enraged her, she stated speaking loudly (not screaming) and claimed I was screaming at her before abruptly hanging up.

1) Unable to complete work satisfactorily on the first or second attempt.
2) Weeks of delays precede any work on your property.
3) Supervisors are disinterested in fixing the original problem and unable to handle legitimate criticism after weeks of delays and incomplete/poor quality work.

Left without calling us claiming no one was home despite multiple cars being visible outside the home. We heard no knocking or doorbell. When calling to reschedule they continued to blame us "not being home" despite having had access to our phone number. Leasing company hired them so we have no choice but to use - I understand miscommunications and errors but blaming the homeowner when a means of contact was provided and available and would have saved both the technician and all of us time is extremely rude. I attempted to explain the situation and the scheduler was extremely rude regarding the whole situation.

The guys did an amazing job! They were very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend PPM! Great work!

We recently had PPM Outdoor install a vinyl fence in front of our home in Hunters Creek. PPM gave us a good price compared to 3 other quotes from their competitors. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. There were no hidden fees and they followed up to make sure we were happy with our new fence. I would highly recommend PPM.

I didnt even use this company but I'm rating them due to their lack of professionalism. A crew was re-sodding a neighbors yard, that they improperly done the first time. My family and myself were in our front yard and a crew member became verbally aggressive with My Husband for no reason. He kept asking if we "were happy now" with their job and insinuating we were out in our yard to supervise them. This is far from the truth as we were simply doing yard work and letting our young daughter play. This is not a way to represent a company or good marketing for future business.

Hired PPM to remove a tree at my Home, they were very responsive and reasonably priced. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an all around good experience. I plan to call them for future projects as they have many other outdoor services as well.

PPM Outdoor is the best! I told them I wanted a beautiful front yard and left the rest to them. To say I was ecstatic is an understatement! Cannot wait for spring to get the rest done.

The most professional and fast responding company I’ve experienced in a long time. I received a quote for the work I needed in under 24 of calling and not long after that received a call to get my work scheduled. The yard is gorgeous and green and they even took care of small irrigation repairs to make sure it stays that way! Absolutely great response time and awesome communication. The workers were hardworking and efficient! Beautiful work. 10/10

This company did my mothers fencing. My mother can be a huge pain in what she wants and how she wants it and PPM worked with her. They did everything she wanted and more. They are wonderful people and catered to their clients. I would recommend PPM to everyone.

"Fixed" my fence. The panel with holes in it? Replaced with a brand new panel - which is almost 2 feet taller than the existing. The panel that fell down 2 hurricanes ago? Picked it up and nailed it to two new 4"x4"s. And the gate? The one with cross beams that are either snapped in half or have come out because of the rotting wood? The one with SOLID rust hardware? The one with multiple planks missing? The ones that is so not square that the gate latch does not touch? Yep, left that as is. I knew this was coming, but they talked to my landlord and told them all the things that they would be doing. So the landlord says, "Nope, theyre good. " I can only assume they lied to my landlord. When I asked about it, I was told, "We arent replacing the [see above for desription] gate, just the hardware. " As my neighbor said, "I gmcould do it better blindfded and drunk.

Thanks for not showing up for my sinkhole and other two depressions at my home. Not only did they give a 8am-6pm window but when I called just to verify I was treated extremely rude. Between this company and my property management I can only hope the fire department isn't right about the possible severity of our issue. Not sure how they'd be able to get an estimate on fixing the one of three sinkholes if they said they don't even measure or check depth but just take pictures.

Progress residential sent some unstable nutjob from this place to fix my fence. He wanted to fight my 65 year old father in the back yard. I am not kidding. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere.
