We are rating this Pet Store 2 stars because although it looks beautiful and organized, customer service is not good. We entered the store and there was no one to assist, and when the person saw us through the glass, he didn’t even bother to come talk to us, he simply said from the window that they were fully booked. He didn’t even know why we were there. If it was to shop for supplies/accessories or for grooming. Honestly, it’s really hard to find a decent pet store/grooming place in the area.

We have been taking our German Shepherds to Santi for 9 years. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and care that he provides. Coach and Mel love going to Santi’s. I have referred him to lots of friends and everyone uses him. Thanks Santi!

Superb service! I went through three mobile groomer before realizing, they are horrible. I'm so happy a friend recommended Pet Spaw because she has brought all of her dogs here for years. It is a drop off dog salon. I left a message to make the appointment and unless they call you back, you get the time you ask for.
I love their space. From their decor, to the giant open space and window into the grooming area, it is very welcoming and spotless.
The owner grooms the dogs himself and I could tell he is truly a dog lover! When he was grooming her he called me before he shaved her legs completely because she had horrible knots. I loved that! When I walked in he was finishing up with my dog and she looked so happy. I could instantly tell that he was treating her as if she was his own.
We finally found our forever groomers!

We had our dogs groomed here today and they are beautiful! The owner has been grooming for 20 years and his love for his work is apparent. He was so sweet with our dogs and we couldn't be happier with how our fur babies look.

I took my Romeo today.and oh em gee. He came back smelling good and with cuteness overload. So glad I found this puppy spa. Santi was able to get me in for a same day appointment and my Pomeranian was so happy. Highly recommend.

Sante is an excellent master groomer (yes.there is such a thing.) My scaredy cat shi tzu goes willingly and comes out looking and smelling amazing!
