Dr Acosta was able to squeeze me in for an urgent appointment on a Friday afternoon. The staff was great, very professional and personable. They performed several tests, which Dr Acosta confirmed and was then able to set my mind at ease. Definitely recommended!

A great place to get your eye exam or needs related to your eyes. I recommend Prado vision because of the staff very professional, courteous, and takes time to listen and learn the needs for their patients. I have been a patient for 18 years thank you staff for everything you do for me.

When asked to put my chin in the cup so she could examine my eves, there was excessive tape used to hold the cup in place. It is covered with makeup from prior patients which means it’s never changed and even if it’s cleaned between patients it’s pretty unhygienic looking. I want to wash my face now. Walls are so thin I can hear the doctor in the next room yelling at a patient. People actively coughing in the waiting room who are wearing masks (but not over their faces) and no one advising them to cover their faces. Hundred year old Carol Burnet show oh wait now the Love boat on the tv? I guess it’s better than Fox News but come into the 21 st century how about a little HG TV something educational.it’s pretty Appalling we all aren’t 90.this is the only place Humana Gold insurance pays for? God help me. Only saving Grace is the staff is pleasant.

First visit was ok, waiting a little longer than my schedule appointment but was ok.
Front desk and the technician were wonderful, very good customer services. The doctor was good and explained all that I should know before the surgery.
I will come back!

I’ve been a patient with Dr Acosta and she cares deeply for her patience. She talks to you. She explains everything to you. She make sure you leaves out the office with a smile on your face and with hope of any that you may concerns you about your vision. I definitely would recommend anyone needing to see an ophthalmologist specialist

My experience with Prado vision has been very helpful and beneficial for me. I have been a patient for over 15 years.

They lie, you go, you pay for the consultation, if it is your first time with them they tell you that they give you a discount and then you get a bill at home saying that they did an additional service for you, when you ask for an explanation of the service, then they tell you that you are not an emergency, such an explanation making no sense, calling into question its reliability.

Horrendous waiting time and you would expect with so many employees that management would be more efficient but definitely not the case. My mother likes the doctor but looking into changing insurance so we can find a more modern way of doctors who set appointments and keep it within 15 min.of the time you check in. Here over an hour and still waiting.
