Attended my first Sunday Sadhana at Prana yoga studio this weekend. What a wonderful experience! I was very impressed with everyone's devotion to their practice. I felt very welcome and will certainly attend classes here again ️ Sat Nam

Prana Yoga is a well loved yoga studio in Sarasota. They host local Kirtan musicians with a vegetarian potluck at the beginning of every month.
Every so often they host other Kirtan musicians from out of town. Tonight was the wonderful Wynne Paris and Eluvv.
