Great experience! My a/c completely crapped out on me and within an hour they were at the house to diagnose… that was saturday evening…buy monday they were installing my new a/c. The guys were very friendly and helpful.great customer service and great prices …definitely reccomend!

The job was done with outstanding workmanship in a very timely manner. Raymond was on site and ensured the job was to my wife's satisfaction. I wish i could do zero stars! My mom used this company back in may 2021 the unit still has guarantee on it. Shes been calling and calling for service NO RESPONSE. When they finally answered they said they’re were coming in the next two days but he asked to delete a bad review that she did. Another week and he did not show up. The house is either too cold or to hot with a new unit she can’t use! Don’t waste your money with Precision air solutions.

Ray and his team at Precision Air are amazing! Used them again to replace the 2nd unit. As a realtor I continue to refer Ray to clients in need of replacement or repair as well as servicing my own home. The clients I refer him to continually compliment their service, professionalism and often the pricing is competitive and often lower than other companies. I will continue to refer Precision Air Solutions to friends and clients!

I would give my technician a top rating. He was very nice and explained everything to me. I would not consider using another company.

Our HVAC unit suddenly broke one night. After being referred to this company by a neighbor, we gave them a call. Ray was over the next morning and had a new unit installed that same day. We're very impressed with the service and professionalism.

Getting a quote on fixing AC unit. Great info but of course, not thrilled with the price of a new system. But it is 2022. Thanks.

Ray Ghani went above and beyond to make sure I had AC in my home since I just moved in.luckily there was a motor in stock just for me! Lol.im soo happy he was able to accommodate me and had time to go pick up the motor and install on top of draining the AC as well.thank you! Will be using Precision Air in the future.

We had a complete unit installed almost exactly a year ago and paid $6k. The unit had a gasket rot and caused us to lose freon and it cost us $679 to refill. The gasket was covered in our warranty, but not the freon it caused us to lose it or the service fee. So in less than a year, we've had to spend an additional $750+ to keep our new AC running.

Israel was a very skilled and professional Technician. However, the company price gouged and felt very taken advantage of.

Back in May I used Precision air to repair the YORK Ac they installed in 2019. The system always gave trouble, this time it was a blown capacitor. I was charged $359 for the repairs which barely lasted 3 hours. The tech returned and told me it was also a blown control board and compressor and quoted a system replacement of $1520

Feeling I was being hustled, I called another company to look at the system whom discovered Precision Air incorrectly wired the capacitor red, black and brown wires together. The other company also discovered no fault in the compressor and control board so I proceeded to have them do the repair

The Finance company discovered Precision NEVER PULLED PERMITS FOR THE INSTALLATION in 2019.

I've contacted Precision several times about this issue, Ray promised a full refund but has habitually dodged me every time, even when visiting his office. Gave Ray the opportunity to provide the permits and documents but he hasn't as of 7/18

I've unfortunately taken the step of contact the BBB and the State DBPR to escalate.

Precision Air is not welcome in my home.

A/C completely shut down. Knew it was time for a new unit. Within 1 day they installed a completely new unit. Amazing customer service, installers were outstanding.prompt service and good price. Highly recommend Precision Air Solutions.
