I had a delightful experience at Precision Imaging! Brooke greeted me and was very friendly. Angela checked me in and was quite personable and efficient. Rosie took care of my pictures. She was sweet and her directions were clear and concise for my images. The waiting area was beautifully decorated and had comfortable seating. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

Very quick service and friendly staff. In and out in 10 minutes, appointment 1240, done at 1250. Cat scan of the neck. This is how imaging centers should be.

Front desk was wonderful as well as the technicians whole do your imaging. Very pleasant, very clean. Awesome people!

I love this Imaging center. First better prices then going to hospital imaging services. This place is really nice, comfortable waiting area, friendly staff, and overall very happy to come here over other imagining centers.

From a friendly check-in to the comforting care of nurses and staff, my visit was very positive. Though an MRI can be a daunting test, the staff fully explained the procedure and made me feel at ease throughout the process.

Edit 2018.02.28 - I've been back to the Gate Parkway facility once and to the St Augustine facility several times. I'm revising my review based on the latest experiences. I would also like to note that I've been to multiple businesses that do imaging, and they all have their issues. Precision Imaging in St Augustine is actually my new go-to for MRI's and X-Rays.

I've had MRI's before. I knew what to expect. What I didn't expect was the stellar patient care that I was shown by the MRI Tech, "John".
John was incredibly kind and patient and assured me that my comfort throughout the procedure was his main concern. He said "You have come for and MRI and I am going to make sure you get it and are comfortable WHILE you are getting it. Medicine has lost it's "personal touch". Not with John. He represents Precision Imaging in the highest light. Thank you John!
