Precision Imaging Centers, Jacksonville Beach FL

Can't even answer basic questions. Unhelpful when trying to get a simple answer on a procedure. Refused to ask someone more knowledgeable for help, just told me I had to have "the code" to tell me if they even did the procedure. Apparently they can't read, look up or research an answer. LAZY AND RUDE. God help you if you have ANY issues with your procedure!

I was given an appointment for basic xrays. After taking off work, I received a call and they canceled my appointment with no explanation and with only 20 minutes notice prior to my appointment time. I was not able to reschedule for 2 weeks. The next day, I received a call canceling that rescheduled appointment with no explanation again. I was then told it would be 4 months until they could reschedule me at the same location! Clearly this business does not have it's act together.

I had a 9: 40 appointment and ran late due to a prior appt. As a courtesy, I called at 9: 41 telling them I would be 5 minute late and was told i had to reschedule. They said they had another appointment at 10: 35 so i showed up at 10: 30. I waited until 11: 00 and asked how much longer which is when they said there was still one more before me.
I told my story of being 5 minutes late and now i am waiting 30 minutes.
I was then told i was given a "work in" time, which I never was told. How is "we have a 10: 35 appointment" round into a work in. Really should have been told.
If i was being considerate by calling why was i being punished. It makes me feel that I should not have called and just shown up and made them wait.
What has happened to customer service.

Pretty spot on for being seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. Also exceptionally friendly staff and light airy waiting room. Love that you are so close to my home too.

Have been to this Beach Blvd.location on several occasions and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. The prices for comparable services vs.local hospital are very competitive. I have never had to wait long and would highly recommend this location.

Extremely claustrophobic there wide board imaging machine was a breeze! The entire staff from the time you enter the San Pablo center till the time you leave treat you like you are special and mean it! I will use this center Everytime I need and MRI!

I have never met people more incompetent in my life. Two days before the appointment I got a call that they could not get ahold of my referring doctor to get the procedure order. I immediately called my doctor and she called them and within minutes she called back saying that everything was taken care of. The day before my appointment I get a confirmation text and another call saying that there is another problem that they need clarified. I thought everything was taken care of after me having to call them twice a day two days in a row. I arrived for my appointment the day of and they had changed my appointment time without telling me. The receptionist also informed me that they didn't have the right attachment for the ultrasound machine so I would have to reschedule anyways. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere else! LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

Precision Imaging Centers are extremely efficient and very professional. Saved me several hundred if not over a thousand dollars on 2 MRI I needed done. My orthopedic surgeon told me the pictures were spot on perfect. I was in and out and very well taken care of

Not busy. Got me in right away. Found staff to be professional and businesslike.

Wanted an MRI and they delivered in a quick on time fashion.

The person who did X-rays was the meanest lady ever. She was so mean I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will NEVER return!

Held back on vacation for girlfriend to have an MRI at an alleged appointment time of 3: 40 pm. She arrived and found out this incompetent zoo is running 1-1/2-2 hours behind. Apparently not one person thought about getting off their kiester and calling to reschedule (or directing an office babe to do so). When attempting to discuss the matter with the business I was informed that the patient should allow 2 hours. This is a business that does not give a rip about your time and sets policies which waste countless hours just so they can stuff a couple more patients through their tube in a day. If they are too stupid to schedule and keep to an appointment, should you trust their other abilities?

I went in for a mammogram last week. The facility was very nice as well as the staff. I will definitely be back in the future.

I brought my daughter here for an ultrasound and the experience was wonderful from the check-in process to the service. The lobby area has a home feeling as opposed to a typical doctor's office. The total time was much shorter than I expected. It's conveniently located in the Publix shopping plaza on the corner of Beach and San Pablo. I highly recommend visiting this center for the value.

Totally great, awesome service and follow up with doctor. The staff asks thorough questions to confirm as to the purpose of visit. The front desk staff is amazing and ensures all paperwork is completed and then lastly the imaging. Also, the staff company wide very efficient. Economy of scale is practiced here.

Bottom line, this facility and staff very efficient and and congenial. And it's a great experience because of the staffs positive and friendly aura.

Horrible. They will schedule you wrong bill you wrong and not follow up with your inquiries. Save yourself time & frustration and go somewhere else.

It seems like I'm not the only one that had the bad experience with the x-ray tech. She was very very mean. My mother and I come here when we need to get our tests done, but we will be going somewhere else from now.
