Precision Overhead Garage Door, Tampa FL

I’ve been using Precision since I moved here in 2021. This is my second home that I had them install a new motor on. I’m always very happy with their services. I called this morning because my MyQ motor was beeping due to a dead battery. It’s less than 2 years old so I don’t know where the problem arose. Nonetheless, Precision sent a technician out here within 3 hours of my call. It was a 5 minute fix. It was covered under my warranty. Five star service!

Jeremy came out today to Work on our Garage. Are Garage was making noises. He took care of the Problem. He made sure we were satisfied. Also he suggested door seal on bottom of Garage door. We took his advice. No pressure to get in done. Highly recommend Jeremy and Precision doors to take care of your Garage needs.

I had the pleasure of getting my garage door repaired by Precision. Nick was the technician that checked over my garage door and explained to me in detail of what was needed to restore its functionality. Nick was very professional and friendly, Nick would be the reason I would use this company again. Precision looks to really be a name you can trust, with garage door repair!

The overall experience was great. They were at my house within a couple hours of calling. The tech that did the work was fast and accurate. If the review was based on just my experience with the tech, it would be five stars. I however was quoted over the phone a price between $100 and $360 out the door for a spring replacement, but was charged $380.

I’ve utilized Precision Garage twice. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional and personable. My recent service tech, Nick Rossi, provided great customer service. He quickly identified the reason that my garage was not fully operational and resolved it in minimal time.

The price points are a little high, but it’s relative to our post-pandemic environment. I will continue to use their services and I highly recommend them.

Needed my garage door recalibrated in order to install our new opener. Precision sent someone out same day. The tech was super nice and knowledgeable. He not only calibrated the door, adjusted the springs, and lubricated the tracks, he also finished the installation of the door opener which I started. Also gave me lots of info about our door and opener. Very happy with the service.
