Woke up this morning with a flat tire, I called them up, they got me in within 30 minutes of my call, and out the door with two tires in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service, and extremely affordable uses tires.

I’ll never go anywhere else. I know they typically are by appointment only but I called in and they were able to take me in 10 minutes later. The staff was the best! Super friendly and fairly priced. You’ve got a customer for life!

They were very polite and convenient. They luckily took care of me to replace 2 tires. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in. They showed me the tires prior to replacing them to make sure I was OK with them. Hopefully I won't be needing them again anytime soon but if I do I'll use them. They also do full autocare services also. So they seem to be a one stop shop.

I love Precision Tire & Auto. I only take my vehicles to this shop. They have QUALITY service and their customer service is AMAZING. As always service was fast and efficient. Kristen knew my name and was very friendly and bubbly and always have a smile. Felt like family. Had me in and out in less than 20 minutes so I could get to work on time. I DON'T TAKE ME VEHICLES ANYWHERE ELSE.

I have been trying to find used tires for over 2 weeks and they were unavailable. I called here and they had multiple sets. Very affordable. They were super friendly and super fast. I called at the last minute on a Saturday and they fit me in on short notice. Awesome service. They let me pick out my own tires. All together great experience. Thank you precision. We will be back

I was at the wells Fargo right across the street with a flat tire. Seen this place and they got me in asap. Fast and prices are very good. I found a new shop I'll take my car to for now on. I highly recommend

Finding an automotive shop I trust since I left my home town has been challenging. From the time I came here they have been honest with me, even sometimes telling me I don’t need certain services even though they could have made a buck. Their prices compared to others is nearly always more economical. They also have a good selection of both new and used tires as I sometimes buy used tires when I’m not ready for a new set. The fact that they are a full service repair shop is also convenient as I get all my automotive repairs done here. Scheduling has always been prompt and accurate. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I'm not sure I've ever had a faster, more friendly experience with an auto shop. They got me in for service next day and my truck was finished in about 30 minutes. I'm definitely returning for future services. Also, I'm pretty sure your receptionist is the nicest person I've ever met and she is one of the main reasons why I'll be coming back!

So glad I discovered Precision Tires and Auto. I called them based on the positive reviews and my experience has proven that those reviews are spot on! I needed a new set of tires but wasn't able to call until about 15 minutes before they closed; I hate keeping people late - we all are ready to get home and relax after a long day's work. I spoke with Alan (hope that is spelled right), he was kind enough to spend time talking with me about the right tires and the price I wanted to pay - explaining what would fit my needs and providing options. The tires I chose were not in stock but should be in on a Monday (this was late Friday night). He went out of his way to stay late - following my call - to get the tires I wanted delivered Saturday morning! Kristen called and asked if I could bring my car in and get them installed that morning. Very impressed with the honesty, efficiency, customer service, and kindness that I received from Precision Tires and Auto. Such a pleasant experience; highly recommended! I will most definitely be a lifelong customer from here on out!

I just went there for a new tire. I was in and out in 20mins. Kristen was super sweet and knowledgeable with both myself and the customer ahead of me. Turns out they do more than tires. And are able to fix an issue I'm having for mote than half the price of the dealership. I will be back for sure. I'm thinking for all of my car needs!

After the phone was answered in a lovely and professional voice! I told them my situation and they went to work! They quickly got me in and out less than 30mins. With my appointment. Clean and organized! When I left I had brand new shoes (tires) rolling out joyfully

Great company here. Brought a truck in for rim swap, a substantial air leak from cracked wheel. Kristen, at the front desk is a very professional and knowledgable person. She was quick to answer questions and concerns, very helpful, and got my vehicle in and completed in a very timely manner. Technicians are also very professional. No marks, dings, dents, or scratches on my new wheels. Very reasonable prices and outstanding service. Absolutely would recommend!

I have been coming to Percision for over 2 years. They are the MOST HONEST facility I have ever been to. If something doesn’t need to be done they tell you that it isn’t necessary. They back their service 100 percent. I would NEVER go anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend them. Their prices are more than fair and again HONEST. This facility is AWESOME!

Great group of people. Very pleasant and professional. I pulled in without an appointment with a tire going flat hoping they could see me today. They not only saw me but took me in right away, put on a new tire and got me on my way all within about a 20 minute span. When I'm in need of any other auto repairs I know exactly where to go because they not only do tires but are a full service shop.

This is the best mechanic I've ever been to. They are very transparent about your options and willing to work with you if they can. I could have gone with the bare minimum repair, but I actually chose to have a few more things done because they are very affordable. Everyone was respectful and helpful, 100% will recommend to friends and coworkers.

I took my car for them to check the air. Turned out that there was a piece that goes in dashboard that was not working. They took apart the dashboard and replaced the part. They even took pictures and showed me the part they changed out. I take my cars here all the time and never have a complaint! Very caring people.
