After waiting 3 1/2 hours for AAA I canceled and called Precision tow. They were there in 30 minutes. Tracy did an outstanding job getting us from A to point B and offered to drive us home as well. What a great guy and a great company.

I had a bad tire blow out Friday evening, and had a terrible experience with another tow company based in Ocala. After having my time wasted for days after repeated broken promises and no-shows, instead I reached out to Precision Towing who were able to help me in a very quick period of time. In particular, the driver Tracey went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was well taken care of, and quickly taken to my preferred repair shop in town. Their prices are very competitive and I would greatly recommend Tracey and Precision Towing for anyone in need, and they are an amazing and very reliable company to have in this area.

I want to thank Tracey, our tow truck driver for the excellent care, compassion, and service he gave us today when our precious 1966 Mustang had an issue and needed to be towed! Tracey, was so careful in getting our classic car towed and taken to a secure facility until she can be worked on. He also showed great kindness to me and my husband (a retired Navy & Vietnam veteran)! What a great experience! Will recommend this service to all we know!

Tracey cook is amazing honest and really cares about the costumers and their vehicles I would recommend 1000 over if they had a 10 star rating I would have chose that but only goes to 5 stars but on my review it's 10 star Mr. Cook really enjoys his job and making sure you get your car to where you need it to day is Friday Oct. 6th and he came after hours and on the weekend with a great attitude as well thank you so much for the advice as well and thank you for truly caring about the people who are stuck on the side of the rd price wa not to bad as well for the service he gave

We had tried unsuccessfully to get a flatbed tow for my car through the company's roadside assistance, and they could not help us for literally two days. We found Precision Towing on our own, not far from our home according to maps. Tracey picked up the phone, was extremely personable, and spent quite a bit of time understanding everything we needed, answering our questions, and providing us helpful information. We hired him, and he arrived to pick up the car. Tracey is extremely friendly and pleasant, but most importantly (and rare), he walked us through everything he did and confirmed that we were comfortable and approved of his every move. He took extreme care of my low ground clearance sports car, making sure the car arrived in exactly the same condition as he picked it up, and it did. I would recommend Tracey to move any vehicle, and trust that he will do the job right and with utmost care. He will be our go-to in case we ever need this service again.

Tracey went above and beyond, to writing a note to the ford dealership after hours, getting to my vehicle without me having to be there, moving my longbed/ f350/ 4 door with 12.5 inch wide wheels and tires safely! This will be the only tow company I ever recommend!

I normally don’t like writing reviews however Tracey Cook went above and beyond helping me when AAA failed miserably. He was kind and polite a rare things these days and was eager to help. If I ever need a tow In the dunnelon area again I’d call them first
