Precision Tune Auto Care, Pensacola FL

We brought my SUV in to get the power steering and AC fixed. After getting quotes from the dealership as well as surrounding mechanics, I choose Precision Tune Auto Care. They were the most affordable, able to do the work in one day and had great customer service. They went above and beyond by doing a full inspection and replacing a turn signal bulb for me. We were so impressed with their service that my husband canceled an appointment at another mechanic and brought his car in the next week. Thank you Brandon your help!

These people BROKE my car. I came in with a head gasket leak.

Came back to headlights not working, window didn’t roll up. They repaired that module with a used one, instead of putting a new piece in after they broke it. Picked it up the third time, finally, only to find 6 random engine codes and my backup radar doesn’t work, as well as various functions in my car. I’d rather have my original problem than all this. They’ve costed me thousands of dollars that I don’t have. Now I’m stuck with a messed up car, I guess.

I had an issue that was diagnosed via another party, so I purchased the piece and requested Precision to do the replacement labor for me. They did with no problem and for a fair price. Where they went above and beyond was today when it turned out there was an issue with the replacement part itself and was in no way their fault, yet they still went in and took care of it like it was just a follow up on the job. Quality assurance if you would. The level of respect and attention to detail these folks put into their work is astounding and I can say that dealing g with them and the crew was more than enjoyable. For a brief moment, it was like being welcomed into a friend's family home and becoming a part of that family. Though it was brief, they have earned a return customer. I highly recommend Precision Tuner Auto Care for your needs based on their customer care and dedication to a job better than well done.

Came to Precision Tune Auto Care to have rear brake rotors and pads swapped out, wheel rotation, and address a clogged windshield washer sprayer. Brandon took care of me like family. He addressed all my concerns, got the repairs done in a timely manner, no surprises - everything was laid out up front, and overall, this was a wonderful experience. This was my first time doing business with this Precision Tune Auto Care and because of Brandon, his customer service, and how seamless everything was, I will definitely be back for any and all my automative care needs. Our battery died in the Walmart parking lot today. Brandon, the new manager of Precision Tune Auto Care saw that we were broke down. He went to his business to get a battery jumper so that we could go to buy a new battery. He went out of his way for someone that he doesn't even know, and he wouldn't even let us pay him. The world would be a much better place if more people were like Brandon!

Very quick and professional. All my brake pads needed to be changed. I needed an oil change and new battery. All done within a couple hours and the gentleman at the front counter was extremely kind.

I can not say in words how pleasant my experience was at this place! I was on my way to work when my check engine light came on, I immediately went to this location and they had me in and out in less than an hour. This place has top notch management! They were even welcoming enough to give me some headache medicine for my migraine. Will definitely be back if I ever have another problem.

Went in recently for a tune up and oil change. These guys are great and very good at what to do. Glad i went and will be going back. Very friendly and helpful!

Staff was very courteous and informative. They got me in and out very quickly. All with a nice attitude and smile. I will continue to use them in the future to take care of some things I need to have taken care of.

I took my truck in to get my hub assembly replaced on both sides. The work was fast and good. Price was great and the customer service was fantastic. I will recommend anyone to take their vehicle there for service as well as I will keep going back.

I was customer there for over 10 years. I would never use them or any other Precision Tune Auto Care ever again. I wouldn't recommend using them for anything beyond an oil change and that is if you're in a pinch. Anything beyond that it will take them weeks and any time estimate they give is worthless. When I brought my complaints to their corporate office, they were just as worthless. If you leave your vehicle there its subject to them driving it to alabama and it being damaged by a deer.

These guys are a good bunch that helped me fixed something within a minute of walking through the door and wouldn't even take a tip. Good people!

Everyone was so friendly. They took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with my explorer. The guy at the front desk was so kind and didn’t make me feel stupid like other places have in the past. The mechanic was very professional and did a great job! Thank you guys!

Totally taken advantage of at this shop. The manager who committed to doing the work is no longer there because she has been arrested for Grand Theft of a customer's vehicle.
