I have utilized preferred for close to ten years to service my work vehicle and personal vehicle. Frank and his crew our professional and honest and provide great service at a reasonable price. This is not a shop that looks for faults or jobs to do and is very upfront about what work needs to be performed. I highly recommend this business.

After given an estimate of $1900 by another repair shop to replace my coolant reservoir, a leaking hose and do a flush I contacted frank for an estimate. He gave me an honest estimate of $240 labor and parts included. He fixed the car and had me on the road by the same day. He was professional, kind and communicated with me through everything. The staff was professional. The business was clean and organized. My 2013 Dodge Durango overheated on I-95 N. Expensive damage but I feel the prices were fair and most importantly they work fast. I recommend.
