Thanks to Our community Association Manager Mara Carter. She is all the time assisting the residents in taking care our needs.
The community looks better since she is representing the Association.

Made an overpayment, was told it would be refunded by check on December 11, it's February. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, no one answers emails

As a realtor communication with management companies is vital. This is my first time working with Premier and so far so good. They are quick to respond and fulfill my requests rapidly.

Irene and all staff were very kind and wonderful with my purchase application and process of my new home. I felt they were on time with helping me with paperwork and guided me on what documents were needed and how to upload. I am so content and relieved I am going into an association that assists and communicates respectfully and in a timely manner. Thank you for all you do and I appreciate you!

Dale and team were magnificent in helping my client sell their home. He was professional, honest, and very attentive to our needs even during the holiday season. I would highly recommend working with Dale and they will get the job done with skill and efficiency.

Literally the worst company I have dealt with when it comes to property management. Response times are over one week (if ever) and things are just not done correctly. Have been asking for assistance for the last month on payment and responses have been horrible.

They don't pick up the phone however, a ticket raised on their website was responded to in 24 hours. They manage the community budget well with no surprises thus far.

From my personal experiences (many) Premier management is one of the very worst companies in my opinion, they lied to my face all the time! (I’ve had Dale smile and say nice things as he’s just making stuff up). I feel he and the company are just plain greedy and I hope you don’t find this out first hand!
If you are thinking of hiring them please do yourself a favor and look at many others and have them prove what they promise. Talk to homeowners in other associations that they manage and find your own people to speak with! Don’t go by the names they provide. Trust me!
I have had many many personal experiences, they have fined me because I had the “nerve” to complain about how my pool was being kept in disrepair for years! They just foreclosed on my mother condo. I could go on and on. These people from my experience only are concerned about cash, nothing else!

Remember these are just my experiences and you may have worse or maybe better. Just remember the old saying “ a leopard never changes its spots”. Get everything in writing- I wish we did! I regret my mom being on the board and she regrets moving into this badly managed company!

09/22/23 I want to add an update. I have left that horribly managed community 2 years ago and came back to town for a family visit. I stopped in my old community which sadly is still managed by this sad excuse for a management company which is my opinion. I met with some old friends who live there and they said not only have they raised there fees by a lot the community has gone down in quality big-time as per there comments. I walked by the pool that I was fined for complaining about and the old furniture that was there 2 years ago is still there with absolutely no updates or repairs that I can see. It looks like a dump to me! You would think they would have done something noteworthy for the better? Nothing!
This is my experience and you may have a worse or better one but I have experienced them for many years and would in no way recommend the owner or his firm. Premier is far from a qualified firm in my opinion! They have failed in every way! I wish you luck you WILL NEED as much as you can get! As I said I have lots of experience with them and my opinion I feel is important. But please do your own research.
