Highly Recommended! Premier Brick Pavers are priced fair, with great results and on time work. They do as they say and say as they do. Handshakes still matter today and I couldn’t be happier with their work.

We went into contract in June and were told our project would be completed in less than a month. Unfortunately, 2-3 months passed and we never heard from Russ to get the project scheduled. I had to keep calling the main office and was finally told "someone didn't do their job", but that our paperwork was just submitted for permit. Pavers just got completed (4 months from date of contract). Pavers came out great, but customer service is HORRIBLE. They basically ignored that they dropped the ball and had no remorse for delaying our project due to mistakes on their end. I wouldn't work with them again.

Had premier do our driveway and extra parking space. We were always kept informed by Lana and misty on the project. The men did an absolute magnificent job. We could not have been more pleased with their work - rich & doris

We have been waiting three weeks to speak to someone other than Russ the sales person about the poor quality of work. Each time we call they say the owner will reach out to us. Three weeks later nothing.

Highly recommend Premier Pavers. We had a complete pool remodel done and chose Lana and her crew on the advice of the manufacturers rep for the paver/ coping maker. They came in under the pool contractors for the paver part of the project, saving us some money. Very pleased with the craftsmanship as we had some tough cuts around the spa area and had a tough time envisioning how beautiful it was going to look. Thank you, Premier!

Lana and her team did an incredible job designing and installing pavers after our pool install was complete. We asked her to work with the pavers we had on site and she did just that within our budget. Her crew worked so hard and we are very happy with the final product. Highly recommend.

The work itself looks good, but nothing went to plan, and after waiting 4 months, not enough pavers were ordered. To complete the job correctly and up to code, more pavers were ordered, and they look washed out compared to the originals.

Communication is lacking.

I'm very happy with the final results of my new paver driveway and walkway. It might be the best looking upgrade I've done on my home, and it adds value, can't lose. The service was good and the price was competitive. The pavers seem to be high quality, with excellent color and shape.

They don’t come when they say they will and show up when they are not expected.

They do not communicate or return calls.

There were more problems getting this job completed than I care to list or anyone has the time to read. Some of the problems were understandable but the majority were caused by the company being disorganized and unresponsive to the customer's needs.

They damaged our curb when removing the old drive then charged us to repair it. Lana, one of the owners, said she had photos proving the damage to the curb was not negligence, but she did not send the photos to us when I requested them.

By the end of this process, I could not believe anything anyone from the company said to me.

I will say, we like Patrick our installer, and the job looks nice, but that does not make up for the difficulties we encountered working with this company.

In response: The curbing was cracked when the company removing the driveway dropped large pieces of concrete from the drive onto the curbing to break it into smaller pieces.

The guys that worked at our house were great. I have never had work done at my house that the workers paid so much attention to detail. It was tremendous. Would highly recommend Premier Brick Pavers

We've had a driveway and new roundabout on our last home and a pool patio on our current home done by Prenier. Both times they have done an excellent job!

We are very pleased with the project that Premier Brick Pavers completed for us. Lana and her team were great to work with. I was very happy with the communication between Lana and I as well, she always returned my calls and emails on a timely basis. The installers were very nice and did a fantastic job right down to the clean up, when they were finished you could hardly tell they were there. In fact the only thing they left behind was a beautiful retaining wall and patio area. Great job Premier, we will recommend you to everyone we can.

I would not recommend this company. They did paver work in my backyard last June and it was a disaster. I am a new homeowner so I decided to hire a professional, knowing this wasn't a job I could handle by myself and expected the "professionals" to educate me on the best course of action. I shared my design ideas and concerns about my backyard sloping towards the house and gutters potentially causing flooding problems. Dennis, the sales rep, assured me they would pitch the pavers to prevent flooding and gutter drainage was not necessary. After waiting 12 weeks for install, I was excited to see the finished job. The day of install, the owner (Lana) called me and asked if I was aware the yard sloped towards the house. I asked her if this was going to be a problem, and should we delay the job to address this issue. She said, "No, we'll be sure to pitch the pavers so you don't have to worry. " After install, everything looked okay, until a week later when my entire sunroom (with brand new flooring) was flooded by a storm. I sent Lana video of the flooding, and she assured me they would fix the pitch. One guy from the crew came out a few days later unannounced and tried to fix it. Next storm, same issue. I shared my concerns again, and Lana seemed to point the finger at me. "You should have taken care of drainage first". When she came out to discuss further, she basically stated I was on my own and admitted she'd never installed a paver in her life. So disappointing. Thankfully I was able to find another company to resolve the drainage issues and relay the pavers properly.

Very happy with our new and expanded driveway. Lana is a professional business owner and was very attentive and responsive to our needs!

Careful with Premier and make sure you get competing quotes.

I did a driveway with them 10+ years ago and was happy, so I called Lana back for a new house. I received a quote for $12k which seemed reasonable, but had to hold-off for a few months due to permit issues. When I went to pull the trigger, Premier re-quoted at $20k - an $8k/65% increase even though size had reduced slightly due to zoning.

I put it out to bid with two other companies with similar credentials and received quotes for $11.5k and $12.0k for the exact same project, same layout, same brand of pavers.

I have been using Premier Brick Pavers for 15 years and hands-down they are the best paver company I’ve come across yet. No one is more professional or responsive, which is hard to find these days. Lana is a pleasure to work with and I wish they were all as knowledgeable and helpful as she has been.
