3If I could give less than one star I would. Dishonest, Rude and Unprofessional. The owner should have her license revoked. PLEASE BEWARE SND USE ANOTHER AGENCY!
I was a registered CNA here in FL and NC and I worked for them when I was here in Fl for a while. Then I continue to work for them on a part-time basis. I love the agency, they do monitor their CNAs which that’s a requirement, which is great for everyone from their clients and employees. If you don’t want to be monitored because you don’t want to follow the requirements, and was expected of you. Then you shouldn’t be doing job.
They were very good to me, they trust me because I always did what I was required to do by the state of Florida and the agency.
