Complete waste of my time. Left before a reschedule, called my mom and partner to vent and cry because I was so frustrated with the lack of service they could provide. 10000% do not recommend.

Highly recommend Dr. Taylor was very Welcoming and friendly, she definitely knows what she doing, she did an amazing job on my cleaning!

Worst organization ever. You will never see an actual doctor. Rude, incompetent, and people simply don't do their jobs. Getting authorizations and referrals is a nightmare. So is getting someone on the phone. Just go elsewhere.

Far from impressive service. Caused me to need an emergency refill.i called weeks ago to check on my son's meds, they told me my sons prescription was ongoing.then my son's prescription expired 3 months later with no warning. Now I have to jump through the hoops to fix it when I'm suppose to be working.

They called me and switched my appointment which made it a day early. I went and checked in at the check in building and they told me to wait and be called and I’ll be transferred over to the dental office. My appointment was at 10 and I got there at 9: 45. I was still sitting in the check in office at 11. Everyone who got there after me got called yet I never did. Didn’t even make it to the dental office. The front desk ladies told me it would be another hour. Never going here again.

The Dr's may be good but the reception and aids need attitude checks. If you dont like your job quit and let someone that will do it proudly and with a smile do it. You work in Healthcare being nasty is unacceptable when people aren't feeling well. Also I sit in the room for 30 to 45 mins before a Dr even looks at me but in 12 mins late because traffic and wow I have to reschedule.seems like you just wanna lighten your load of you can but unnecessarily because I would have still been waiting to go back if I was on time. Fix yourselves.

This place should be shut down they are non professional and have no empathy what so ever. Nasty service and did not even want to do a cleaning on a pregnant woman after they had made an appointment knowing she was pregnant just a waste of time. Will report them. It seem like they have no desire to treat patients or have enoug money to where they can choose who to see. It is outrageous!

What a great yearly doctor visit. Staff was courteous and cognizant of my time. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I received all the answers to the questions I presented. I would recommend this practice to anyone requiring a doctor visit.

This clinic is the best I have ever experienced. They were caring, helpful and professional. As a senior, I have had a lot of experience with doctor's offices - this was outstanding!

I had to take my daughter here for a dentist appointment. When we arrived, we walked into the building and stood in the waiting area. Not one employee greeted us and asked how they could help us. After standing there for a few minutes, I heard one of the ladies say my daughter’s name and saying “she never showed up? ” I then spoke up and said we were standing right here. She asked us to come down to her window, so we did. When we got to her window she proceeds to tell us in a very rude manner that when we arrive we are suppose to come let them know that we are there. (Assuming we had been there before instead of asking if we had ever been there before.) Now mind you when we walked in, there was an older lady sitting at the first desk close to the door that we walk in from. So when the rude lady said that we were suppose to come tell them we were there, I then told her that we had never been there before, the response I got from her was “oh”. I feel that she was unprofessional and rude. Other than the experience with her, the ladies that were in the dental area were very nice and professional. This experience was at the Brooksville office.

I've used this medical facility for years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Started using the facility when I lost health coverage and now that I have it back I plan on staying for the great care that I've received there over the years. I truly appreciate the Dr's and entire staff that are dedicated to great health care. Thankyou for all the great care I've received over the years and I have no doubt about the great care that I will continue to receive in the future.

Do not go to the dental office here! I was misdiagnosed and left with more questions than answers …They should not call it a Dental Office… they don’t do anything here! I’m not sure what they do besides X-rays and giving incorrect advice.

Never been to an establishment as nice caring and professional as this office and I've been to many lol. Hands down amazing human beings!

Would like to give a big thank you for the receptionist that got me in on such a short notice to see my PCP. The staff at premier healthcare in Brooksville are outstanding!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The female doctor that seen me was so rude and was telling me completely opposite information than what I was previously told I would be getting done. She had a horrible and very cocky attitude. She said she told me she was a doctor and did not see what the problem was. I refused service and left. I will not be going back to this office for dental services.

What a racket! No doctors. A nurse that can't do anything. Waited an hour and a half for her to say she can't remove a torn skin tag. Wants to refer me to a dermatologist. Why did6 the receptionist know they can't do anything. I made this appointment because it was next day and I was in pain. Just a waste of money. Now I have to go find another doctor. She was in and out in one minute.

I went to the Brooksville dentist office a few days ago. The left side of my face was swollen they got me right in the dentist was great. Well I ended up having a bad reaction to the antibiotics so I called and have now been waiting 2 days and nothing. When I called to ask what was going on I was told it had not been addressed yet and she couldn't tell me when it would be addressed. I was told I should just go to the hospital because apparently sending in a different prescription is just too much work for these people. 0 stars. They don't care what happens to their patients.

Best dental office and staff I have been to in years. I love it there and everyone who works there
