I was having tooth pain and was offered a same day appointment everyone so kind and patient with me. I was able to get my wisdom tooth removed and I look forward to returning to the office for any future dental needs.

Dr Parra is by far a phenomenal dentist! Precise, clear, pleasant, doesn't rush, thinks everything through and explains all options. I have had several implants done by her and of course Dr Craighead and have had no problems with any work they have done.
The office is very clean, organized, and the staff is professional and courteous.

May be state of the art dentistry, however, implants must be complete upper and lower plates. You cannot do just lower and use upper and vise versa. To preform this is at a cost of a small new car. I just cannot understand how these prices are allowed to be charged. You LITERALLY have to be rich. And insurance will NOT cover anything. A little false advertisement on FREE EVALUATION. The X-rays are not included and are NECESSARY for a complete evaluation. Insurance will not cover even the X-rays.

Everyone there was extremely professional and had extensive knowledge in their field. If you are looking to take care of a small tooth issue or a large one I would definitely recommend The Premier Dental Team!:)

Dr. Parra is an excellent dentist and concerned about her patients. My experience has been nothing but positive and always a good outcome.

Every time i go to premier Dental, its an awesome experience. The staff are courteous and friendly. Its not often that anybody looks forward to seeing the dentist, but ive really enjoyed the knowledge of every person on their staff. Looking forward to my next visit in January lol

I have never felt so relaxed in a dentist office as I have at Premier Dental. No anxiety, no rapid heartbeat, no clutching the arms of the chair, simply wonderful. Dr Parra and Dr Craighead take the time to listen to your concerns, and explain all procedures to you. The support staff go out of their way to make you feel relaxed. I never thought I would say "I actually enjoy going to the dentist"

INCOMPETENT - DISORGANIZED - UNPROFESSIONAL -

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Where to begin…. For my first appointment I waited an HOUR from my scheduled appointment time to even see the dentist. I was charged $500 for my initial consultation exam, x-rays, etc. My next appointment was CANCELLED with ZERO notice (same-day), then NEVER re-scheduled. When I inquired about the rescheduled appointment, I never heard back from the “office” again. Kat, the “receptionist, ” was perhaps the least helpful person I’ve ever come in contact with in any office of any kind. They essentially took a needy patient for a $500 consult fee, which is beyond sad and truly pathetic. For someone charging such a premium for their services, you would think they would be more professional. SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE.

I had a back crown replaced and it went very smoothly. Dr. Parra was gentle, attentive, and answered my questions. Dr. Parra and the dental assistant worked together very well.

The Premier Dental team is all around excellent. From the scheduling and appointment reminders to the office visits themselves, outstanding.
Jess and Kat at the front are welcoming and knowledgeable. The hygienist Elizabeth is the best I’ve ever had. And Dr. Parra has done a great job helping me fix my jaw and teeth. Her knowledge makes me feel very comfortable, I trust her office staff 100%!

Dr. Parra is the best dentist I've visited in my 67 years. Her skill is second to none. I would recommend this office to any one.

I would not trust this office to do anything in your mouth. “Dr” Parra tried to do a filling and I had to revisit her SIX times for her to try to file my tooth to the correct shape. But she never did. She told me if it’s not right it will cause hyperocclusion which means my other teeth might fall out, so now I’m facing that possibility. I had to wait in between each new attempt to fix it to see if it evened out. Then covid hit and I broke my foot so I waited a while to reach out to them to finally fix it once and for all because it is causing me pain still. They wanted to charge me even though it is their fault it’s not fixed. I called insisting they fix it since I paid for a service that is not complete and they never called me back.
