Horrible office staff and the doctor is not good either. She made wild assumptions about my health without even taking a look at the blood work that was performed by my PCP, when I asked her to order some additional blood work she refused and told me to come back in 3 months. She was not concerned at all about how I felt and often spoke over me. Her recommendation of starting Mounjaro was dangerous as I was already suffering from GI issues which is advised against on Eli Lilly's website.

The staff and the Doctor Medina, are very professional and caring. I feel better just going there.

Very kind and understanding. Right to the point with information. Wants to help you get to your health goal.

She give immediately follow to my problem, the appointment was so fast and she explained what I need to do to to resolve my condition.

My first 'visit' was entirely by phone.
I called at 9am and left my information and was told someone would call me back for an appointment. An hour later, I got a call back. The caller took my insurance information and made a phone appointment for 3pm THAT DAY!
I was sent a link to setup my account for the patient portal too.
Dr. Ntim called me and I had a 30 minute bisit.
During that visit everything I wanted was accomplished.
This is the most efficient and effective office ever!

Do not go to this office. Very unorganized. Had a phone visit and was prescribed 7 different medications with a out of pocket expense of over $800. Called the office and scheduled with the Dr a 10 minute visit with no plan or treatment for my diabetes. And got o medications. Called office for 2 weeks before someone got back to me. Doctor during my visit handed me a paper with a a low carb diet plan with 5 medications i should take but did not prescribe them. Listened to my heart and said i had blockage. No visit noted on the advent health care app. Not everyone who goes to med school should be a doctor.

My appointment was on time and the Dr was very thorough. She was very informative and she took time to answer all my questions.

It was only a phone visit, but Dr Kinnan as usual covered everything. Blood work was completed ahead of time.

Amazing staff and Dr. Fynn is truly amazing and full of knowledge. She listens and takes her time with her patients. I would give 10 stars

Dr. Kinnan (and, indeed, the entire office staff) are amazing, caring, and supportive professionals. I have quite a bit of previous medical trauma, and they have been nothing short of kind and compassionate. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, they have taken such excellent care of me.

While the doctor seems to be nice (I have only had 2 appointments with her so far), it is very difficult to get in contact with the office in general. The number posted here leads to some external place where you cannot get assistance with your actual medical information. The numbers this external place provided for the actual offices are both out of service and the medical assistants never call back (if they're even being alerted of calls in the first place). While Dr. Fynn seems nice enough and informative appointment, not being able to get in touch at all in between appointments makes it difficult to get really get proper care when you can not get answers for any follow-up questions or confusion after the appointment. This is not a judgement of the doctor, but of the infrastructure of going here. Medical care can already be frustrating enough without the inability to get a response.

So much compassion and understanding from Dr. Ntim makes every visit much less stressful …thank you all so much!

Dr Fynn was very caring and went out of her way to assist me in getting information on my problem.

Saff is excellent office is very clean. Dr. Flynn is excellent she is easy to talk to and listens to all your concerns and answers all your questions and has a sense of humor. My husband and I would highly recommend Dr. Flynn
