I never have a problem getting in to see Dr. Ramy Ibraheim. Staff from the front to the back are kind and courteous. I love the ability to email requests, questions etc.

I always give credit where credit due. Dr. Ibraheim has an aid named Hailey. She is a very caring person. Who actually cares. Once helped me up from a fall to walking with me to make sure I got to my car. She can read me good enough to know when im fi;ing about pain etc. Lastly, I went to Premier Pharmacy and left my car running with the ac on high. My service dog was in it. Having almost passing out, stat ct, rehydration and xrays. I asked Haily to go get him and enthusiastically went and brought him to me to be there by my side. She is again a kind and caring person. Know I only go to there Santa Barbara Blvd office or there office off Old Camp Road.

I love my PCP Teri Allen. She's attentive, thorough & insightful. She takes her time with and askes a ton of questions to cover all the bases. A shocker in The Villages. I'm so happy to have found her. She's amazing.

Saw Dr. Sundeep Shah. His level of patient care was amazing, he takes the time to ask the right questions and listens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Omg where do I even begin! Okay so I try to give everyone the benefit of the dought because u don’t know what they are going through that day, could be new could just be off their game.

I truly don’t know who is running your call center for incoming calls but you need to reevaluate who is in charge of training. The first girl had absolutely no clue what she was doing I simply ansked if there was anyway I could provide information for a medical release form due to the fact the patient didn’t have it, all I wanted to know if it was possible to provide that over the phone and have him sign it when he’s in the office at 10. This lady asked me for name 4x just repeating the fact I ave a 10 am appt which that was not my question.

She then went ugh and hung up the phone on me when I asked are we on the same page. So I called back had another lady answer to then restate that I have a 10 am appt and had no clue what a medical release form was. See the problem is even if they had absolutely no clue what I was talking about why not just be like let me get you to someone who can help?

The other issue is both ladies had such strong accents and could barely even speak English what another issue. I’m not sure why they are taking english

I only came here bc my Primary Dr is w Premier. I have a excruciatingly painful abscess w pain in my jaw which spread to sore throat pain. Dr refused to give me a rx for Tramadol a very light pain medication & only giving me antibiotics. Pain was so bad I had to go to the E. R. This place isn’t any good at all I have been there twice in the past. It’s dirty & Dr’s don’t care.

I am very disappointed with this office. I went for a test / procedure that was confirmed by phone - the tech did not show up - I sat at this office for over an hour and a half and checked twice with the desk to see how much longer the delay would be. They were very nice - but they did not tell me that the technician who was to do the procedure did not show up - until an hour and a half after I got there and my appointment was an hour late at that point! (yes, I arrived early). I ended up leaving their office, contacting another provider nearby and getting added to their schedule for later the same day - so totally lucky that they had a cancellation at the other company. But I still lost a full day of work due to all of this - and I drive a long way (about 45 mins) just to get to the appointment - so it literally wasted my whole day!

I drove 45 minutes to the Bellevue office to find out that the apparatus that was going to be used did not work.

After rescheduling the procedure they called back a couple days later to cancel because the person who delivers the apparatus will be on vacation that day.

Subsequently, I drove 45 minutes to The Villages, Santa Barbara office to be told that my appointment was canceled. They assured me they called three times, left a message, and spoke to my husband to cancel.

My cell phone registry did not show any missed calls from Premier Medical Group. My cell phone is not set up to receive messages. My husband, upon penalty of death, would never interfere in my health appointments. When I asked them to let me hear the recorded calls they said they didn’t record the ones to my husband.

I was seeing Dr. Versan S. Johnson. She took excellent care of my lower back issues. However, Dr. Johnson has moved onto new adventures apparently. It would have been appreciated the "two times" the office staff called me to reschedule my procedure that Dr. Johnson is no longer with the practice! Then when I called to check on my procedure date they informed me she's no longer is at the practice. Not cool when my lower back is terrible. And now they don't take my insurance. So I'm looking for another pain specialist again! Just wish I had known sooner do to finding a doctor takes time. Frustrated, just wished the staff would've been truthful instead of pushing my procedure out!

Dr. Fausto diagnosis was correct and the treatment he administered was successful and surprisingly painless Highly recommend

I had an appointment today at 12 o'clock I wasn't seen till way after 12 and I am very disgusted with this because I had another doctor's appointment and this appointment was only for a covid test. I think this was a big problem because when it comes down to being an hour after the time Your appointment is then you should not give appointment time if you're not gonna honor them.

This is the worst place for medical care that I have ever been to. Number one there is nothing "urgent" about this place. Quick to throw pain meds at you and send you on your way. Had an x-ray of my possibly broken wrist 4 days ago still hasn't been downloaded yet and was told it may take a week? Really?
Told them to forget it. Wish there was less then one star to give them.

Went to Premier Medical associates Urgent care.today at 10 am.only one person waiting to see the doctor. I waited in lobby for 15 minutes and was called in. So figure about 10: 15 am, I was in room two and the gentlemen ahead of me was in room One. 5 staff people were in the inside of Urgent Care helping the doctor. Now I am still in Room 2.by ll: 15 am. I go out and look for the doctor and staff. EMPTY.no one in the back area with me. I go to front reception desk, OF ONE person, the only one in the whole Urgent Care section. I say, ummm I think everyone split for lunch an forgot me.she was very rude and snippy with her reply's and saying they are very busy an this is not an in an out quick process, she had to tell another person this too. I said, No One is IN the Urgent Care side, and all rooms are empty. I was in room 2 and second person to be called, also, no one else is even IN URGENT CARE TO BE SEEN, BEFORE OR AFTER ME. Where are they, I've been in the Room 2 for over an Hour, the floor is completely empty of staff. She was still short and said they are very busy, and wait my turn. I said I am number 2 an there IS no other patients to be seen and NO ONE IS IN THE BACK AREA, NO ONE. Still she was rude and I grabbed my purse and left.

We use Dr Malik and really like her. She takes time listen to your concerns and explains things. Staff are usually very friendly and efficient. We had to use the urgent care once and was very pleased. Pharmacy is outstanding!

Went to Santa Barbara office 5 or 6 years ago. Liked the doctor, but the front office staff was unbelievably rude. I left. I am now back on Camp Rd and believe Dr. Hsu is a stellar physician, Christine the Office Manager is caring and works to solve problems. But PMA really should consider changing from Healow Portal to one that is user friendly. Also.the staff that is encountered at the main # is often hard to understand and messages are not conveyed as needed.

I moved here recently with three urgent health issues. The ladies at the front desk got me an apt in less than 24 hrs as a new patient. They later set up all my tests, referrals, and follow up care immediately after my initial visit. They took time to make sure I knew how to find my way to appt's as I am new to the area. Hector took my history and vitals. He was professional and compassionate, taking time to accommodate my severe pain. Dr. Rosado spent nearly an hour with me, addressing my every need and answering every question thoroughly and promptly. Outstanding bedside manner and very solution-oriented. The clinic is very clean and COVID guidelines are followed. Every time I call the office I get a polite, helpful, knowledgeable human on the other end instead of a phone menu or long hold. Before I became disabled I worked in a family practice for many years. IMHO these folks are doing every thing right. So very highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity and compassion.

This is our first visit to a new practice after changing Physicians (Our last Doctor retired after 20 years with my wife and I). We were greeted at PMA and checked fully for our initial visit. Our physician is Doctor Ibrahim, who was very friendly and thorough.

We first had our blood pressure taken and then asked a few questions about how we felt. A short time later we were sent to the doctor. He was clear with his questions and explained why he asked. He was polite and made us feel very comfortable. I was also happy that they allowed my husband and myself to been seen at the same time. He told us what furthers test he wanted us to have and why. We left the office of Premier Medical Associates with a very secure feeling that our health concerns would be addressed with attention and care.
