5He's amazing he takes time and talks to his patients the office staff r amazing and friendly
Today I saw Dr. Ramirez for the first time. I was a bit nervous because I've seen other Dr's for my condition and they just don't take the time to listen to my concerns or questions. First I have to say Dr. Ramirez's staff are top notch.they are very kind and put me at ease right away. When they put me in a waiting room almost immediately a lovely lady. I believe his assistant (I apologize I'm so bad remembering names) came in and gave me all the time I needed to discuss my condition, how I felt, how it was impacting my life and much more. She made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Ramirez came in within a few minutes, he wanted to hear what concerns I had, he patiently listened to my questions.answering each one. I never felt rushed. He has a kind heart and I can see he genuinely cares about each patient. I am so thankful I found Dr. Ramirez who actually puts his patients first.
I've only left two reviews in my life and this is my second one. That's how much I was impressed with Dr. Ramirez's staff/team and the Dr.himself.
Staff is very courteous and efficient with short wait times. I find Dr Ramirez professional and knowledgeable with effective treatment for my neck and back pain
A lil busy but when your good I guess your always busy.very friendly staff & helpful the dr been around for quite a while so he gets to business & you leave as a satisfied customer.
Front desk was rude and uncaring. They make you wait and then say.you're late. Dr. Ramirez left before my appointment. So after paying Lyft $40.00 to get there. They made excuses why it's not their fault. Not, can we reschedule? If there ever was a practice that is not good for patients health, it would be ALL PRO. All they are is NO GOOD. No one should go there and put themselves through what I went through.
The other Dr.came to the window to say it's my doctor's fault. Pass the blame on anyone but then. ROTTEN to the core.
