To begin, I usually do not post or comment on an establishment however this is getting out of hand. My mother is an elderly women that had her eye exam here and was told that her lense for her glasses would be here in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we called them and they stated that they were in the office. When we arrived, they failed to add the tents to the glasses. Now, they have to send it out again and have tents applied to the lens and we were told that it would be ready in two weeks. I travel for work out of state so I placed it in my calendar so that my sister can take her to pick it up in 2 weeks. Ok, two weeks later no one called so I waited an extra week and same thing. I called and they indicated that it is not ready. 1 month and then 2 months later still no lens. My mother relies on her tented glasses to function especially when she goes out. So, I arrived home from my travel job and just stopped by to see what’s going on and same thing. I was told that they would call back today when ready. So, it’s been over 6 hours and I called the office and same thing. This is ridiculous, please do your self a favor and stay away from here. I have never had to wait two months for lens and it’s not because of COVID or holiday for the delay. It’s the lack of respect for the client time. Shame on you. We are in the process of going to another eye clinic to receive proper and efficient care. My mother often uses Lens crafters but we were recommended here by a colleague. What a mess to be in. Two whole months and still no lens.

Dr. Sam and her staff are amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming and kind. The people are professional, honest, and delightful. Unfortunately, I need glasses, but they made my experience as pleasant as it could be! I look forward to continuing to be their patient. Thank you for being so awesome!

I chose this doctor after reading all her reviews on searching around for good optometrist in my area. My wife and I just picked up our eye-glasses today and I find this is the right time to write the review.

Dr. Sam is a good doctor, friendly, professional and she listens and answers our questions patiently. The office is not too big but manned by a team of very polite, well trained and coordinated young crew. That rendered our appointment went perfectly. Choices of eye-glasses are good. My wife and I both have found the frames we love.

Overall, we are very happy on choosing Dr. Sam. Both of the doctor and the office do deserve a 5 star rating as we saw on the review.

What an amazing experience. I broke my glasses and thanks to Premier Visions warranty policy I was able to get them replaced for a low price. I was so happy. They located the frames in office immediately and I was out with a new pair in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Premier Vision for giving me my eyes again!

Found this office online the ladies and Doc were amazing. Dr Sam made me feel comfortable and was very detailed in my exam. I like that they sent reminders about the appointment and are following covid guidelines. I definitely recommend Premier Vision.

I am wary of products and businesses with nearly perfect ratings because of the ease of manipulating ratings. BUT, this one deserves every five star rating it has received. They have found the perfect mixture of friendliness and professionalism, of compassion and efficiency.
I've been wearing glasses for 56 years and Premier is the best vision center I've been to.

Very welcoming atmosphere the doctor was great and took her time answering my question and concerns. Lots of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. I will definitely will return next year.

I was extremely pleased by the friendly staff and doctor. Their office was organized, client focused, and clean/sanitized. The doctor was very thorough with the eye exam, she was personable and explained everything she was doing and why. There was also no long waiting times. I had maybe a 15m wait tops to fill out paperwork, but was attended quickly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new eye doctor in Kissimmee!
