Their nutrition program is really helpful. I used to be very lazy and low on energy and also I loved to have a lot of junk food. I believe some significant changes for the better have been made in customer service. Staff is much more focused on customers and more smiles. Good job Premier. TV has better shows on as well.
PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH NURSE ADMINISTERING MY SHINGLES INJECTION, GENTLE, FRIENDLY AND CARING
I've always loved Premier but the last two years my family and I have had a really hard time getting test results and speaking to a provider about those said test results. Last year we all had to take our yearly test results over again because they all came out the same, AND THE RESULTS WERE NOT GOOD. Turns out they came back normal the second time and all different. I had a really hard time getting to speak to anyone about them. Also that was not the first time I have had a really hard time getting test results and speaking to a provider. I understand you may not be able to speak to your doctor but you should be able to speak to a doctor. Late last year I had a mammogram and turns out I needed follow up and redo for said mammogram. (That was stated from the image center). I waited two weeks and never heard from Premier. I had to call Premier and ask them to hunt down the test results and send a script over to Image center for a redo. I have yet to speak to a provided over the phone and I have been there for years. This is a big flaw that needs attention. I have voiced my opinion on this matter before but things have not changed. Thank god my family and I are healthy and I'll get things done one way or the other but you just shouldn't have to when you pay so much for the service.
My family and I have been cared for by Dr. A and the entire staff at Premier for over 16 years. It takes very special people to have your interests placed first. These are the caregivers we have chosen for this reason. There is no need to go elsewhere when we have found the best.
We have been patients for at least 15 years. This is our home for the best care in South Florida.
