I will never go back to this office again. The woman up front was very unwelcoming. Upon arrival I was not greeted, I stood at the counter until she noticed me and when she did she asked if I needed something, I told her I needed to check in and she pointed to a sign in sheet. Later she called my name and asked for my insurance card, I informed her that I did provide it over the phone but did not bring it with me. She then looked at me in a concerned manner and informed me that there is insurance fraud and to ensure that I bring my cards next time which I agreed. She then decided to examine me and states that She had friends that worked at Lee and noticed my scrubs (pink) and stated that she’d never seen anyone in the hospital with those scrubs. I then took it upon myself to educate her on the scrub colors and departments that will wear those colors and that corporate will wear business casual. It wasn’t until after I got home where I realized that she was somewhat profiling me as a black woman Some people just really send tend to the business that pays them. But she aggravated me and her team members because they all looked back at me and her exchange but yeah no. Never again!

This office is not Pro-choice so if you want a less judgmental provider, don’t even go!

I was referred to Dr. Dahl from my GYN and was told someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. After 4 weeks I called them to schedule the appointment myself. When I did call I was hung up on 3 times mid-conversation and had to relay all the same information over and over again as they had "phone system problems. " The next day I finally got an entire phone call through but they tried to schedule me with a regular doctor instead of the doctor I was referred to that has a niche specialty. Finally got an appointment and waited 4 months to be seen. Three times before the appointment the staff rudely threatened to cancel my appointment because they needed a referral from my family doctor and not the GYN. I have the ability to self pay as well but the office staff didn't seem to care and just kept wanting to cancel my appointment. They must have finally got the referral because the rude jumbled appointment cancellation voice mail threats stopped (obviously they still have phone problems). I uploaded all my information before the appointment as they requested but they needed copies of my information again for "verification purposes" upon arrival. Why make patients go through so many extra steps if they don't seem to matter? After I pre-paid for my appointment they tried to get me to sign a document allowing them to keep my Amex on file and allow them to charge up to $1500 on it. I was there for a consult and unsure if I would be a regular patient so I refused to allow them to keep my credit card on file. They explained that it was their policy to be seen so I cancelled the appointment and left. I have been a victim of numerous data breaches and don't give people cart blanche permission to charge my Amex. Their phone system don't seem to work correctly so how can I trust their data protection too. If doctors only knew how staff and policies impacted their practices maybe they would reconsider them. I wish I read the reviews before scheduling an appointment in the first place but only went due to the referral.

I've had 3 pregnancies in 15yrs apart and this office has signed me in contract and dropped my insurance every time! If you want to get to the end of your pregnancy and they switch to charge you out of pocket go here! The financial reps are rude and don't do their jobs either. They say it's up to you to know the process. I have been seeing tbem weekly and asked them every time and they said I was fine with continual care coverage. HOWEVER IM NOT! Im getti g out of pocket pay bills. I'm 36 weeks today and here I go again with the very same issues. My last daughter was 7 yrs ago and before that my oldest is 15 now. So if you want extra added stress and rude over paid financial staff this is your place. They could care less about you and hang up on you when your asking questions. The last financial person hung up when I asked for her name. Obviously she is hiding behind her unethical work practices.

I feel so lucky to be in the care of Dr. Anita Del Bianco. I've been going to this location for 10+ years. I couldn't be more grateful for her attentiveness and level of care she provides. She has many standout qualities such as never rushing through appointments, communication, and sets the tone for a positive experience. I never feel nervous for my exams. I feel she strives to make sure I feel heard when it comes my health concerns, if any. I recently opted for additional blood work during my most recent appointment, unfortunately I had to rush out due to a work emergency after my annual exam. Dr. Del Bianco was out of the room getting the supplies ready and I didn't have a chance to say bye. Her team gave me a phone call shortly after I checked out to make sure everything was okay and double checked if I wanted to come back for the blood work. Although the blood work wasn't a huge concern or necessary, I really appreciate her professionalism and care. Her kindness, attentiveness, and dedication make her an exceptional doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend Anita and Premier Women's Care.

I just had a miscarriage and basically had to relive that experience at my most recent appointment after going through the same thing in the ER this weekend. Also having to hear the physician outside of the door go “oh that’s a miscarriage” like that defines me or my situation. I felt like I was treated with very little compassion and this is the second physician I’ve seen with this group. I refuse to continue going to this office. I will not be diminished to what happened to me and to be treated with very little empathy or compassion. I will be moving practices.

Do not recommend this place at all! The doctor didn’t explain the procedure they were performing and wouldn’t explain my results. Instead they sent me to an oncologist and the dr told me they would go over everything with me. I spent over 3 weeks waiting for that appointment thinking I had cancer when it turns out I didn’t. Very traumatizing experience and they completely lost my trust!

Zero stars, especially for the mammography tech. This is a yearly exam for most & you are mostly exposed & feeling pretty uncomfortable to begin with. She was extremely rude, gave horrible directions (she says “I usually give pretty good directions”) as if trying to make me feel I was the problem. This was my second year here & will be the last. PWC you can thank her for losing another patient.
