Working with Premiere Builders has been a seamless process! We had interviewed many companies but felt most at ease with Premiere Builders. We needed two bathrooms renovated - 1 full and 1 half bath. The entire team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Working with Michael, our project manager, felt like a collaborative approach. Michael listened to our needs and ensured that all of our asks were achieved. Jonathan who is the CEO, is a sweet man and genuinely cares for his clients and for ensuring quality work. The sub contractors were always on time, hard working, and professionals at their craftsmanship. There was communication in every step of the way and the renovations were completed well within the estimated time frame. This company truly goes above and beyond for their clients and we absolutely love how the remodels came out. We will definitely be using Premiere Builders again for future renovations! I genuinely can’t recommend them enough.

Premiere Builders was the best contractor experience I have had in my life. I talked to a lot of different businesses and they were the only one I could trust. Premiere was up front with costs, showed up on time, didn’t cut any corners, used high quality materials, the finished product is now beautiful! We had a kitchen remodel done. All of the project folks we dealt with were wonderful. Danes kept the project on schedule and communicated every step of the way. The foreman made sure that the work was done properly. We are so pleased with the outcome!

We did a reasonably complex project including the removal of a load-bearing wall, installation of a bathroom, AC replacement & re-layouting as well as construction of dry walls, window replacement - in addition to “standard” remodeling (new floors, recessed lights, etc.).
Shimi struck a nice balance between optimizing for our quality of life and resale value, and was happy to work with our priorities. The process felt very collaborative, and the team suggested improvements and optimizations along the way. We definitely feel that we got our money’s worth, and would absolutely hire them again for our next project.

It has been so refreshing to work with Premiere Builders. We have had a number of home projects in the past, and I grew up on construction sites with my dad, and everyone I dealt with in this company impressed me. Our project manager, Iyad Azar, as well as Yediel, Jose, Matio, and all the others we worked with were very professional.
Iyad was great at communicating every step of the way and was considerate of timing to start and end the project so that they would be in our home for the shortest amount of time possible from start to finish. He considered the disruption that remodeling causes on family life, and made sure the process was as seamless and quick as possible.
All of the workers who came from the different teams showed respect for our home, and family, in their language, cleaning up after themselves, and were willing to find solutions to any challenges that came up, so that we would have the finished project that we wanted.
We had them enclose a flex space into a bedroom with windows along one wall, and build a custom closet. They waited to start until the supplies had arrived so they could take as little time as possible, and from the first day they started work, until they were fully finished was just over two weeks.
Home remodels are usually something we dread, but Premiere Builders made the process so easy, we wish we had another project for them! We highly recommend them!

Jonathan and his team did an amazing job renovating our home in Hyde Park. They provided the highest quality work, on time and on budget. We reconfigured the layout of our 1921 bungalow - removed walls, added a bedroom, and rebuilt 2 bathrooms. Communication was fantastic, the price was right, and there were no delays. Every step of the process was great and we love how it turned out. I highly recommend premier to anyone looking for work on their home.

Premiere Builders did an absolutely fabulous job renovating the condominium of my mother-in-law. Their design for the project was beautiful and enhanced by the use of upscale products. The overall impression when entering her home was once of elegance and perfection. Most importantly, communication during the project was immediate and I was never left without a response within minutes, remarkable in the field of construction. I would utilize their services again and have recommended them to several friends and neighbors.

Company are a bunch of frauds. Deck work is atrocious doesn’t say anywhere in their website that they do decks and backyard landscaping. Pricing is ridiculous for a bunch of people that don’t speak English or come with the right tools and needed to borrow tools. Bunch of con artists. They want lump sum money up front don’t believe it.

We had our shower remodeled with an acrylic shower. We couldn't be happier. The job was completed in about 3 days. After 2 years the shower was not sealed properly and has been leaking all along and did not know it until I went to have my floor done. It has rotted my base boards and drywall and now they can't due the floor. $6000 is a lot of money to have this problem. When I called the lady said that the owner has to locate the sales person before anything can be done. I don't think they want to see them in court

WE HAD A COMPLETE BATHROOM DONE OVER- THE CONTRACTOR WAS COMPLETED ON TIME WITH NO PROBLEMS, SHIMI SHMUELI WAS OUR PROJECT MANAGER, HE WAS FANTASTIC, FROM COMMUNICATION TO THE COMPLETED PROJECT, I CERTAINLY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. SHIMI IS CERTAINLY A GREAT ASSET TO THIS CORPORATION

Aside from the normal construction issues that arise, the experience was very good, nothing like the hassle I had when we put a pool in. They were very responsive when I contacted them and told them something did not look right. The time frame was not what either of us hoped, but we were coming out of COVID, so they did the best they could, even getting needed items from out of state. The addition is fantastic. We get comments from everyone. I would recommend them for any project you have, especially for kitchens and baths.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Jordan and Sholom were exceptional throughout the whole process. They made us feel confident in handing them over a huge home renovation project and they delivered with flying colors. We redid the whole kitchen including opening up a wall to allow for an open concept. We redid both bathrooms, fixed flooring, put up new drywall, realign the stairs, painted indoors and outdoors, all electrical and plumbing work for the home and the septic tank drain system. The chimney was redone to match the beautiful patio brick along with the porch railings. Our home needed some structural support that they also did a great job with and so much more to bring this home to life. Jordan and Sholom were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They made the whole process stress-free! I would not hesitate to recommend them for anybody looking to take on a home renovation project. Thanks guys!

I can’t say enough how impressed I have been with Premiere Builders. From the very beginning their process was organized and straight forward. I met with Shimi to go over the details of my project and he took the time to ask questions and explain the process, so we were on the same page with the bathroom remodel. I gave him a list of the items I wanted from multiple vendors and in no time, he had everything ordered and delivered to my home. The project started on time and finished earlier than anticipated even in the midst of the latest hurricane. The guys were very respectful of my home during the remodel. Communications with Shimi were awesome during the project. This is actually the only time I have worked with a contractor and had a 0-item punch list! I would highly recommend Shimi, his team, and Premiere Builders to anyone thinking about a construction project!

Premiere Builders did amazing work on our reno project. We had a house with outdated kitchen, mismatched floor, tiles, a choppy layout and old style "drop/chase" style air vents and working with Ron we now have a clean, crisp, well designed home with a great flow and style. We've finished our original renovation plans and in less than 2 weeks we called Premiere back again to do our master bath as well. We are very pleased from the outcome.

Premiere Builders was recommended to us by the team that did mold removal at our home. We had to completely re-do our master bath, and have walls, windowsills and floorboards replaced in our living room. Premiere Builders did a GREAT job from start to finish! Their team is made up of talented and professional craftsman, and the communication was very good. They gave us a timeline, which they adhered to, and we paid in installments as certain milestones were met. We now have a GORGEOUS new master bath, and you would never know that anything happened in the living room - it was restored to exactly what it looked like before the mold-related demo. I really can't say enough about Premiere Builders - don't hesitate to hire them. They do excellent work!
