The best doctors office I saw doctor West my entire pregnancy and dr Richards delivered my baby. I highly recommend going to a doctors office that you feel comfortable and accepted

I do not recommend this place for expecting mothers. Horrible customer service from the people at the front desk, they tell you it’s mandatory to go to the Hollywood location when they also have an office in Pembroke Pines. It will take you 45 minutes or more to find parking the Hollywood location. Dr. West is not professional and doesn’t explain everything as doctors should. I was told they don’t see clients before 10 weeks so it’s hard to communicate. I was a bit confused but this is my second child and I didn’t have to wait 10 weeks with my first to see a doctor. I wouldn’t waist your time booking them. You will have nothing but stress and headaches going and leaving appointments.

Highly recommend this office & the Memorial Regional network for OB needs. All staff, from the doctors down to the assistants, are amazing but I do not recommend Dr. West. Look forward to returning in the future if I have another baby!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ufberg for 6 years now and she has always listened to my concerns. The wait is never that long to get called in and the medical assistants treat me with respect. If I call and leave a voicemail, they always get back to me the same day. I’ve never had a bad experience here before. I love going to see Dr. Ufberg!:) she’s amazing

Dr. Cepeda is the kindest doctor in the practice. (5 starts for her) I am really grateful to have met her and have her as my OB/GYN during my pregnancy and after. Really sad she could not deliver my baby. I am sure my experience would have been a lot better. She came to check on me at the hospital the day after my delivery. She was kind and reassuring. I truly appreciate her!
The lady who schedules the appointment in the practice is really kind and professional as well.
Front desk lady is also really nice!

-Dr. Blanco is why I started going to this practice. His reviews are phenomenal! Unfortunately, I never had the chance to meet him while pregnant but met him at the hospital after delivering my baby. He was kind and answered all my questions.

-Dr. West scheduled my induction the day I turned 40 weeks. She came in the room after I started labor at 6am, again around noon, and maybe one more time around 3pm. Then, I never saw her again, she didn’t come back to check on me before her shift was over, even though I was in active labor. Did not introduce me to the doctor that would deliver my baby, either. Dr. West never checked on me again during my stay at the hospital, which was very disappointing because I chose her to deliver my baby over Dr. Cepeda (which was a HUGE mistake) because she seemed very confident I could deliver my baby vaginally, even though my baby was predicted to be bigger than average.

-Dr. Richards showed up around 1am to my room. (I started labor at 6.am). I was in a lot of pain as my epidural kept wearing off all day and had a fever. She had no empathy. She seemed tired and over it. Had me push a few minutes and decided I needed a C-section. Saw me 3 days later, on Friday, to discharge me and asked me why was I still at the hospital and why did I have a c-section. She didn’t even remember delivering my baby 3 days prior and making that decision for me. Absolutely hated delivering my first baby with her.

I was extremely pleased with the services I received from Dr. Cepeda today. I went in for my woman's annual visit and I wanted a second opinion on my fibroids. She was like a breath of fresh air, she made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my question without making me feel like the visit was rushed. Thankful for being recommended to Dr. Cepeda-BT

Had a bad experience with them. Called previously to ask how much the visit would be, paid for it out of pocket just to have the doctor talk to me for like 5 minutes and say I didn’t have anything, that I could wait and get checked in 2 years because of me age etc.when at the same time I had only made the appointment because my PRIMARY told me to look for a obgyn after my papsmear came with a abnormal result. Now they are charging me for comprehensive examination. They did not exam me at all. All the doctor did was to ask me questions and tell me I didn’t need to get checked.

Dr. Cepeda was nice and super helpful. She answered all my questions and she made me feel comfortable. The office is clean and the front desk staff were nice. Overall, I had a good experience.

Dr. Cepeda made me feel comfortable the moment she knocked on my exam room door and I saw her little smirk lol. As a new pt of an obgyn doctor I’m big on comfortability. She has a smile that can light up a football field! Love her already lol

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Ufberg. I saw her mostly for my entire pregnancy, and always felt rushed and felt like she didn’t have the time to answer my questions. Dr. Emilio Blanco delivered my baby, and I preferred his calm and reassuring attitude. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. He was such a great doctor and I wish I could have seen him throughout my entire pregnancy. He is very kind and caring. I think he is the best doctor at this practice. I recommend Dr. Blanco.

The staff was very good they call you in quickly do not have to wait a long time when you have an oppointment

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a transfer from Tallahassee and my first appointment with Dr. Richards had been scheduled for over a month. My appointment time was scheduled for 11: 30am. Did not get called back until 1pm. After the nurse taking my vitals and waiting in an exam room for about 10/15 minutes the nurse then came in and stated that Dr. Richards advised her to inform me that she would not be able to service me as they were going to label me as “high risk” and that they also weren’t accepting transfer patients. Im currently a few days shy of being 30 weeks and now have no prenatal care. I’m scrambling to find a new doctor as I cannot be without care for my baby this far along. I’m confused why they even scheduled an appointment for me if they weren’t accepting transfers? Also my previous doctor did not officially label me as “high risk” only they did.

Nurses, front desk and manager are extremely incompetent. A nurse called me back yelling at me. Front desk gives lazy wrong directions. The staff here acts more like high school kids involved in drama than actually working in a medical setting. Extremely unprofessional. I'm actually grateful I didn't make the appointment, I would never want these people to touch or look at me.
