Had leather furniture cleaned. For the work that was performed, price was unreasonably high, and technician was late 45 minutes. Also had an area rug taken to be cleaned and to repair a small tear. 2 to 3 weeks was what I was told for completion of the rug work. It took 4 weeks, and they didn't fix the tear. Although the rug was well cleaned, I expected what was promised.

I have used Premium Carpet Care for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the job they do. They have cleaned my carpet, kitchen floor, fabric recliners, fabric chairs, and our fabric sofa. Keith is super thorough. He always quotes the price before he starts the job; there are no hidden costs when it's time to pay like with some other businesses. He is polite and answers all my questions. I trust him in my home. After all these years, I feel like Keith and everyone at Premium Carpet Care are like family. Without hesitation, I recommend this company.

We have used Premium Carpet Care twice recently. Once to clean oriental area rug and most recently for in home carpet cleaning. In both cases Keith was most helpful and a pleasure to work with. The work was done completely and on time at very reasonable cost. We will use Premium again.

This was by far the best carpet care u have ever had and it was hard work for them. Cannot believe how beautiful, and right to the wall clean it was. What I liked the most was there was no smell at all just like new carpet. Will have this done every year, like going to get your car washed and realize the difference between a wash and detail clean. I highly recommend this service.

Carpet looks good. Considering the length since last cleaned-very good. Many of the stains crept back but faintly. Odor is 3rd bedroom so far is gone.
Returned and stains were removed.
Good value.

This is an update on the review I posted in January 2015. I originally gave one star due to the fact that in Dec. 2013, my vinyl flooring was accidentally torn during the visit to clean my carpet. I was told that their insurance would pay the cost for replacement flooring. After 16 months, I'm happy to say I was reimbursed for the the replacement flooring by Premium Carpet Care.

Wonderful company! He came out same day and worked around our time. Worked very hard on each stain. My mother in law was also there and she was so impressed that she got his card to come do her house. Not only do they do a fantastic job, the owner is also very nice and professional. Well worth the money and they are also very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

We've used Premium Carpet Care several times and, each time, we have had a wonderful, professional experience with them. The prices have been reasonable, they offer promotions that we get to take advantage of, and the services are friendly and done with care. Each time we've used them, I am really pleased with how much they do to work on those "problem" spots and stains, and how great it looks and smells when they're done. Wouldn't use anyone else for our family's floors!

I was referred to Premium carpet by an interior designer. They cleaned my kiddos' carpets and it looks great! The tech was very polite and showed genuine care in making sure I was pleased with the job he did. I will definitely use Premium again.

I have never used a professional carpet cleaner before. These folks were phenomenal. The guys came out and were very efficient and professional. My job took only 65 minutes! I wish they had been able to get the lint out of my couch, but the floors look amazing.
