Preppy Pet St. Petersburg

Amazing boarding facility and day care. Professional and well trained staff- a have a Saint Bernard who absolutely loves stay there. Very cost effective, great play space, and they take all sorts of animals.

Preppy pets has been a lifesaver for me. In 2021 when my mother and I got covid and my pup had to be kenneled for 10 days they took him in, cared for him. Took photos and let me know how he was doing. Then another time when I had surgery he went to what I now call his second home.

I have lost dogs in the past and I am very protective of Nova but since finding Preppy pets I have never once been worried or concerned. I am so thankful to Tori and Christina and all the staff. I thank them for everything they have done. They have no idea how they have saved me more then once.

They are absolutely fantastic with our dogs Thor and Pineapple! Our dogs go here daily for daycare and they board there when we are out of town. Tori and her team are wonderful with our pups and always accommodate us whenever need. 100% recommended them!

The owner keeps deleting the poor reviews left on this business. I will come back everyday and leave my horrible experience and 1 star rating if I have to. Noone should have to experience what I and my dog have at this place.

We take our Sunny boy there just about every day. He always comes home a happy boy, and tuckered out from his awesome day of playing with his friends. The staff is personable and friendly. I can tell they love our doggo almost as much as we do. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a trustworthy place to board their fur babies wether its for a day or weeks.we always feel assured leaving our Sunny in their care.

My dog Ansel loves coming here for daycare and boarding. He is always excited to see the staff and loves playing with his furry friends. The staff is always courtous and friendly and its obvious they care about your pet as if they were their own. I cant say enough about how much Ansel and I love Preppy Pet St Pete and the staff who takes good care of my baby. Highly recommended!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude, when it comes to Preppy Pet St Pete. We have been taking our beloved Sunny there for roughly 2 years now. First time for Us to bring in our Puppy, Before we booked we went over to take a look at it in Person and it looked very good, lots of space. We boarded our Dog Small Morkie for 4 Days.i like that we can get him every day in the week sometimes Sundays are closed in other Places, Not Here. Overall very please. Thank you

I would give 1 star because there was 1 pro but many cons. The pro was that they gave pictures every day. The cons were our dogs now have flees from them and they wont offer a bath or grooming to help; they messed up the grooming we requested and only gave them a nail trim and ear cleaning instead of a fill bath and grooming, then unfortunately again did not offer to fix that; when we pick up our dogs they were still very wet and shedding profusely meaning they did not get fully dried, they did not get a proper bath, or they were extremely anxious during their time there; and lastly after all of this it was still very expensive. The facility does not stand out as being clean or taken care of either. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but if I was looking to board or do daycare here I would want to know this beforehand.

Terrible experience. Picked up my dog and he was covered in pee as if he was lying in pee for days. The amount of medication returned to me was incorrect and my dog had missed over half his doses of meds. I tried calling for an update 3 days in a row with no response. This place is absolutely terrible.

I am so happy that I found Preppy Pet St. Petersburg to board our fur babies. In the past past we used the boarding service through our vet, and they were in kennels the whole time except for potty walks. We always felt bad to leave them. This was a great experience boarding Minnie, Bolt, Remy, and Belle. I love that they were out in their pop-up play areas during the day. Preppy Pet's staff was amazing and very caring to our babies. They went go out of their way to share pictures of our babies on social media during their stay. They met the needs of our aging Minnie to our emotional Remy. They handled the medications that were needed during their stay. Their pricing is very fair and affordable. Their facility always looks and smells clean. We will be using their services again, and I highly recommend that you give them a visit. Thank you, Preppy Pet and staff, for your love and care for our babies.

My little goblins love to come here and play. The staff are nice and you can tell they love their 4 legged friends.

Took Mila to a new groomer today, and as any parent, we were skeptical! Preppy Pet made us feel very welcomed by explaining all their services offered. Gave us options we weren't aware of, which shows integrity. We will return, not only because of the convenient location, but the caring and skilled staff, as well as the quality of service.

Today was my first time taking my two doodles to Preppy Pet. I had them in for a daycare and a bath. Very happy with their service and my pups seem to really liked it there as well. Definitely will take them there again!

I recently started taking my dog here for daycare and boarding and I have to say I'm so thankful I have! The second time I took her, they already knew her name. The staff is nothing but kind and friendly. They go on and on about my dog and love her. It's nice feeling secure about her being away from me. She comes home happy and tired after her daycare days! I'm so thankful for this place and the wonderful people that work here!

We boarded our aging Yorkie (16 1/2) last week here. We were very pleased with the way he was treated. He needed some TLC and I believe he got it.
Hope we get to use them again.

Always a pleasant experience, they know my dog by name as soon as he walks in, without seeing him for months! I do wish I didn’t scrape the bottom of my car on the entryways though

We travel out of town often and board our 2 dogs here as well as bring them in for daycare occasionally. Our dogs love it and are so excited whenever we bring them. The staff is so friendly and I always know our dogs are being taken care of when we are away. I highly recommend!
