Preserve At Boynton Beach

The manager and maintenance, is getting a little better, they came out quickly to fix a problem that was already 4/6 months old to begin with! If fix correctly the first time it would have been a lot less damage to the unit itself! I am a little nervous about showing pictures because I still live in the Preserve! I wish they would replace appliances, instead of trying to repair damaged appliances, all of this would have been avoided! I have many pictures of different items, but the ceiling and A/C, has been repaired! I know all houses need repairs! If the management would have replaced the items in the kitchen, I believe the garage would have never had this can of damage happen to it!

My problem is with residents not picking up after their pets it's a big problem in this community and the guard gates are always broken

It’s absolutely horrible my car got towed one time for just using the bathroom I had to pay $200 to get my car

The community is nice, but the Gate have been broken for a while so anyone can come inside the community. They need to fix the gate. And there is no parking for the guest at all. But the community manager is nice and friendly.

I’ve been a resident for almost 10 yrs and there’s has been a lot of changes in management as well as ownership. The new management and ownership has been absolutely great. Their level of care and understanding with transitioning has shown the heart of this company. I pray moving forward this experience continues from the company to the office staff and lastly maintenance. Thank You so much with gratitude!

For it to be a gated community, the gate is always broke. Most likely non-residents are constantly breaking the gate arms. Parking for guests hardly exists because no one can park on the side of the apartments (streets). Limited or no access to the pool. Rental rate increases every July. Access to the gym is during business hours. If you’re working, you’ll never have time to access the gym because the office is open only on weekdays.

The staff is nice and repair orders are completed in a timely manner. The apartments floor plans are nice.

Awful staff, I (A utility worker) needed to use the restroom and the manager denied me access to the restroom, No parking or any kind for utilities or guests.

This place be STEALING MONEY and they be LYING about the move in date. I put a deposit down the hold my spot which was refundable. The man said within two months I’ll be able to move in which was a big lie. He changed the move in twice after that. It went from 2 months to 6months then finally a whole year. I asked for my money back because i found some other place. He told me that it’s coming from the west coast so it takes time it’s been a month now. There no reason why my money hasn’t been returned back to me. It’s only the man that works there. I drive there every Tuesday to see where’s my money.

This place is horrible. I parked my car with the the blinkers on went in the house for 10 minutes i was coming right back out because my purse was in the car.came back out and the car was gone the people in the office called the tow truck company to take my car. I had to beg a neighbor for a ride to pick up my kids from school and then take me to the tow yard where I had to pay $150. Do not recommend this place you paying all this money and can't even use the pool or the gym wow want to say it's because of covid please.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They towed over 30 cars this morning. There’s no place for guest parking THE EMPLOYEES take the spots ALL DAY.they FORCE you to park in the garage which forces everyone in the house ti wake up early to move cars. So ridiculous

This community is horrible, there is no parking at all for your guests. It doesn’t matter if it’s days or nights you just can’t have guests because if you do their car will be towed. What an embarrassing place to live. They only have 4 guests parking for a community that has over 100 apartments. I guess social life is prohibited in this place of hell.

The leasing manager joey is very rude there's always long lines outside the leasing office.

I live here now 3 years, thank to God nothing happened to me. Place is nice and cheap. If you have two car thats more than enough, because you have rights on your own parking space front of your home. Shooting and criminals exist everywhere, you can’t judge what happens to you. If you are not trouble man, nobody will ever touch you. Simple as well. I like the place. Affordable and huge. Any other place wont give you what here you can have. And managements are amazing people.
