President Hotel South Beach, Miami Beach FL

PLEASE READ! THIS IS IMPORTANT!
My daughter and her best friend (weekend girls trip) decided to stay at this hotel, booked thru hotels.com - however during the trip, my daughter said they are checking out early.the wifi did not work, at 2 am they heard (sounds like police inside), and overall "bad vibes" as 2, twenty-three year old young ladies they felt UNSAFE, (you can fill in blank and yes imagine your worst thoughts, that is how my daughter described her stay) - They called hotels.com- very nice and helpful and said the manager would have to release and confirm- MARCUS THE HOTEL MANAGER was not helpful, rude, and my daughter called me up, upset stating the manager " gave her weird vibes" and left in uber and ask us to call hotel and handle the situation. - it was handled, however I told MARCUS NEXT TIME YOU HAVE GUESTS ESPECIALLY YOUNG LADIES, maybe you should rethink your attitude, his answer was to hang up on me. MY ADVICE- DONT BOTHER STAYING HERE, ESPECIALLY YOUNG ADULTS, FAMILIES! MARCUS YOUR IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK -

Great hotel and great location. All staff members very nice. Delicious breakfast. Heidy in the hotel lounge was very polite. Great experience!

Super nice employees, and you won’t find a better pool guy. Eliot the pool guy was awesome, made you feel very welcome and was super funny. Highly recommend staying here breakfast was good too!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really sweet. Sebastian was very friendly and super helpful.

It was an amazing experience. Clean, frendly and the front desk rocks, specially Henry and Flor (made a Rioplatese brother proud) I came with my brother to spend the day after a skydiving journey in Orlando and definetly I'll be back for a longer vacation in Miami and my plan is to stay in the President Hotel South Beach. Julia at the front desk is amazing. The hotel is adorable and the check in process was easy and fun. Highly recommend this place! Love it.

The hotel in person is not what is advertised on website, the room was tiny, the hotel looked like in horror movies, smelled like weed everywhere, and the “villa” was not what it supposed to be, you expect that the name matched the hotel, but I guess for the low prices it is what it is, had to cancel the stay and move to another hotel for the same amount that I have paid for this one, and they charged me 3 times besides having paid what it cost for 3 nights, the only thing about this hotel is location

Wonderful experience. They upgraded us to a larger room for more space and closet space, was very accommodating. Perfect location to get to everything by way of walking. Willa was extremely helpful and so sweet, we didn’t want to say goodbye to her. Also David was great. And the manager —— who helped us at the beginning was on point in taking good care of us. Thanks guys.

Micheal the hotel manager was extremely helpful and didn’t hesitate to accommodate us in what we wanted.
