Presidente Supermarket, Miramar FL

This is the closest Supermarket to my home. Overall the I have no complaints. The only and biggest complaint I do have is the security guard that works at the door. This man is so rude. Like the saying says. " Its not what you say it's how you say it". Management should remind him to treat customers with respect!

Today's experience was horrible due security who is enforcing an order that they have not read and violating my rights. I am pregnant and had a rag to cover my nose and month but was told i could not enter with our a mask or banana. No where in the order does it stipulate an exact garment to where

Sorry, I just don't like the mess. But it can be good for people who wants a feeling for a more Hispanic supermarket.

Meat counter employee not very polite.and employees at the fish counter acts as if they don't see you standing there waiting to be served.service could be better.

My wife's favorite latin store. The best offers in their flyers. Just make sure you visit the store where the flyer comes from, because they have different offers.

Presidents Supermarket near Miramar Prkwy & University Drive: Terrible smell when you walk through the door. Do something about the smell and get a higher rating.

I smile and get elated every time I see a Presidente Supermarket flyer
I claim every chance I get to stock up on food items.
The meat and fish department could use more sanitary means to hold the scent of the raw meat down.

Could work on customer service if you want to have a business in the future. & hire more English speaking employees, you know, diversity (it also brings in more revenue). The best thing this place has going is the price point on items.

I got snapper from the fresh seafood department he cut them just the way I asked him to. A lot of the produce is old

Great store. Staff are very friendly. Prices are clearly marked, and there is a wide selection of just about anything.

I love it here. The prices are good, the store is always clean and organized. The cashiers have attitude problems but other than that this Presidente is great.

Places convenient.but one thing they need to let the customer have their rights.how can you purchase an item by the weight.take it home.found out the avocado wasn't ok.take it back to the store with the receipt at customer service.and she is given me less for the avocado I paid for.that is stealing.

Found what I needed the price was high but I got it. The custer service manager knew just where it should have been. Friendly cashier.

I needed help finding a case of HUGS Drinks. They carry them. However; they were not in the regular Juice isle. I said to myself, just look around and you should find. Well, I didn't. I seeked help, but there was a Huge language Barrier (Spanish and Creole) and the ones that spoke English didn't know what I was talking about. I was frustrated and hurt. I didn't call for a manager because there would probably be a language Barrier as well. It was an upsetting Situation.

A wide variety of produce, canned goods, meats, and seafood is available! They can fill the needs of every Caribbean and south american cook!

I find it convenient all that I normally shops for it there. They always play good music, which I love.

They have so many specials and sales. And their produce is so cheap it's amazing. But going shopping there you have to have very much patience. People are so rude. I suggest going way late in the evening around 6 or 7 p.m.
