Presidential Veterinary Center, Hollywood FL

First visit set the tone for my new German Shepherd. I never seen a Vet so thorough and straightforward like myself. I am excited to bring my boy in for 2nd visit. I was told he may need a rescinded testicle procedure, and i trust him fully. Even though hes 20 minutes away, well worth the drive. If your looking for a vet to beat around the bush to make more money, visits and medication then find a different doctor.

I have been taking my pets to different vets and I finally found the best facility! The Doctor and his staff are wonderful and truly caring. Amid this covid 19 virus they have been the only ones that provide a safe way for you to enter and be right there with your pet. The Doctor takes his time to explain every detail, goes over x-rays in lengh with you. I confidently and highly recommend The Presidential Veterinary Center and Dr. Fustes.

Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. I've never been there before and had to bring my cat in without an appointment as she was not feeling well. I only waited about 10 minutes to see the doctor who was just wonderful with my cat. I will be going back and recommend highly presidential vet.

The main that dude there is very thorough and knowledgeable. He does a good job of just telling everything like it is in layman's terms. The wait time there is never very long and even if it was I would say it's still worth it. My 7th month old cat fractured his femur right at the ball joint and he was able to reset it and patch him up. He still has a little bit of a limp but I was told to expect that and my cats in no pain

An affordable caring vet! My cat ended up having some complications from her rabies vaccine, she never had a problem with vaccines before, it’s just luck of the draw unfortunately. This is where this vet really stepped up their game and showed me that the really to care. I was not charged an arm and a leg for the emergency, (side note I do have one of the health packages through them and it’s worth every penny!) I was able to text and get a response, they met me at the office and treated her promptly. They also did daily follow up calls till we were in the clear. Just so no one misinterprets this the wrong way, my cat has hydrocephaly and is 6 years old. She never had an issue with vaccines before that’s why we continued to vaccinate. There is no fault on the vet! I travel a lot and have to keep her up to date. I will always advocate for vaccines in healthy animals. But going forward she will be exempt due to health reasons. Please also spay and neuter your pets!

Dr Fustes and Yanet are excellent people. They saved our little Yorker Charlie after he had an abdominal obstruction. We did not think he was going to make it and Dr Fustes saved him. They are very compassionate Doctors and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone that has a pet.

Dr. Fustes has got to be, hands down, one of the most caring and compassionate vets I have come across. These days it is hard to find an honest vet that takes time to explain your dog's condition and offers options. Our little chihuahua has some sort of rare condition in his bones and Dr Fustes and his Assistant, Janet, have gone through great efforts to research the condition and have spent extended periods of time caring for our little one. We are so very grateful that we found him. We drive from Miami, even in the height of traffic to see them. They genuinely care for animals.all types (we have seen quite the variety of large and small pets there), and we HIGHLY recommend their services to all!

My husband and I moved to Hollywood about a year ago and we are thrilled to have found Dr Fustes and his staff. We want to share as it is so hard to find such good care and professionalism. Dr. Fustes definitely put his love for animals first and it shows. We are very grateful for his expertise and kindness to always take the extra time to explain in detail what is going on and how we need to proceed, one step at the time. Our little dog Sparky is getting a great care and we love it! If you are in the area and are looking for a great vet, go to Presidential Veterinary Center you will not regret it!

I had to give 1 star or i wouldnt be able to write this. Please do not take your pet to thus faculty. This Dr have us false hope charged a 1000 dollars and said she would be ok brought her home she passed that night in agony. He diagnosed her with diabetes and after he got paid and when we went to pick her up the next day he said she had a mass in her stomach he took xrays and said he saw nothing now he wants us to believe that this mass grew over night so sad that our beloved dixie had to suffer all over lining his pocket with money he does not care about animals hes only in it for the money. I hope and pray nobody else will have to endure the pain of watching your pet pass in such pain shame on you Dr.

Awesome and attentive staff, clean facility, reasonable prices and make house calls. We have several dogs and they are always so attentive and patient with us. I live near the Miami Airport and always take the drive to go there. It’s worth it. I recommend them to everyone. If you want a good experience go to presidential vet center. Tell them Joey sent you. Lol!

Doctor Fustes, Yanet and the rest of the staff are just an excellent team. They care about your pet and his/her well being. Very professional and the clinic is clean.

Excellent staff, human quality, services, knowledge quite broad, good prices and above all service vocation, it is seen that they work with passion and not only for money, like most veterinarians and doctors in general in this country

I love this place. It's nice to know I have someone I can trust. Dr. Fuests will always take conservative approaches first to solve a problem. I've been there three times in the last three months with my female Husky. I have never felt that he has done unnecessary tests or procedures. When your pet is hospitalized he personally stays there overnight. You can see he does his job for the love of animal. He is very fairly priced and informative. Highly recommend him. Great find!

They did a very serious surgery for my dog. The doctor did a wonderful job and was very informative before and after the surgery. I'm very thankful for them, they helped my baby stay alive.

Great vet he came to my house for a house call and my dog Otis took to him right away that is all the reassurance I need it, he really cares about your pet most professional and knowledgeable vet every met I highly recommend Dr Fustes

Great clinic, wonderful doc, wonderful staff, great pricing, clean office. This is the only place I'd recommend to any friends/family.

I wish the doctor would of told us the truth that our little cuddles wasn’t going to make it so we could take her home and let her spend her last moments with us in our loving arms. Instead he fed me false hopes and lies (just to take our money) not one person called me to tell us our beloved family member had died in a cold cage uncared for just left to slowly and painfully die. When I went to pick her up everyone pointed the finger to each other not one person took responsibility for her death. This was the most horrifying experience I’ve ever had in my life and till this day I still cry over how heartless and cruel this facility is. If you have an emergency with your family pet, please DO NOT go here.

Amazing place and awesome staff. I brought there our mastiff and I have never seen vet that is able to handle my huge dog with such a care. Many procedures on my dog were done without restraining her or putting a muzzle. The vet did everything he could to comfort my dog, and even went down on the floor examine her.
