This place is low quality and BUG INFESTED. I got bamboozled by not being able to tour the property before arriving to unload the moving truck - there are no models apparently. Every single time I leave and come back to my unit there are roaches and bugs crawling everywhere. I’m not a dirty person, but there’s literally nothing bleach and soap can do. Management said “pest control” came but they came during the middle of the day and there’s been no followup - all they did was use bug bait that I could’ve bought at Home Depot myself. I’ve complained to management and put in work orders but nothings been done. See the photos included below, and those are just the tip of the iceberg. I had one crawling on me in my sleep last night, which woke up me startled. The property is constantly got litter on it, trash overflowing (and no recycling program implemented). I’ve been given no concession or support from management for living in what seems to be a cesspool of neglect. Appliances are outdated, cabinets and finishes are peeling and tattered. I even had to purchase my own wager and dryer, only to find out from the installer that my hot water valve for the washer hookup is broken. It’s been nothing but a disappointment. Don’t rent here or anywhere from this management company. They are apparently overwhelmed with calls and maintenance orders, so I’m assuming other properties of there are just as neglected.

My experience with president walk staff has been excellent and the manager Adriana is so very nice and helpful! Also Carmen is a great manager and very polite Iam very happy overall as a resident and by the treatment from both this Ladies

After going through a really bad break up and in the verge of homelessness it was taking me weeks to find something I could afford after re connecting with my friend Nico he referred me to Adriana Candamil and she came to my rescue and she helped me with through the whole process after getting my first apartment she was able to make a miracle happen and get me approved for an apartment that I could afford. If it wasn’t for her I would be homeless so thank you Adriana and Nico I have you both to thank for giving me a roof over my head in a small quiet community and the first place to call my own

Love the area and apartments but the Property Manager Adriana didn’t want to continue the moving process with me due to her having bad experience with younger adults, quickly turned me around and denied me from moving into the apartment told me it would be a waste of her time

Good apartment for a decent price in West Palm Beach. I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been pretty quiet with neighbors. I rarely ever hear anything. The property manager is also very responsive and helpful when I call or email. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to send a lot of maintenance requests when I first moved in and it didn’t seem like the apartment was properly cleaned, renovated and inspected after the last person moved out, but most of my requests were fixed. I decided to sign my lease for another year.

I lived at this place for almost 2 years and I must say it’s by far the worse place I have encountered. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the house, the inside is not well kept, old fashion and everything literally falls apart. Maintenance never comes, I had my Ac leaked for months and not to mention the ROACHES! The MANAGER ADRIANA ONLY DRESS UP AND ACT LIKE SHE OWNS THE WORLD AND SHE IS RUDEEEEEEE OUT OF THIS WORLD! Don’t waste your time or your money.

I must say that the manager, Adriana, has been very nice and pleasant to speak with. She is always responsive to my requests for maintenance easy to contact. She is a great manager and person.

To put up with Adriana Cordoba, the building manager at President Walk, was like being put through hell. It was tough to have faith in her due of her sneakiness, impatience, and rude behavior. She dropped by my residence out of the blue and slapped a letter that said, "I should have charged you more for this place, " on the fridge. Neither my best friend nor my worst enemy would ever consider leasing from her or this company. Avoid the hassle, as she is notorious for not renewing leases if tenants challenge her. I've already reported her numerous times. Have fun looking for a place to live!
