Presnell's Bayside Marina & RV Resort, Port St Joe FL

The resort is dirty. There is only one working washing machine on the marine side. I was told to use the ones on the road side of resort but there was a sign saying “closed by health authority”. I was told it was only for the pool. Why then is the sign on the bathroom & laundry doors? The bathrooms & laundry are dirty. The shower curtain is disgusting. The guests clean the pool. I would never stay there again. Site were never once cleaned between guests.

What a wonderful RV resort that is big rig friendly. Both waterfront and new RV park across the street are truly first class. Boat launch facilities, as well as a friendly staff make this part, a first class experience.

This is an RV resort on the bay. We have awaterfront space. Very nice. Check in ladies were nice and helpful. Heated pool we have not tried. Seems to be a great place.

Clean campground with full hookups. Friendly staff and great views. Great place to windsurf, water is smooth in a large area around the campground. They have a boat ramp and boat rentals. Highly recommend!

Stayed one night in site #13 - very clean well managed campground. Our site was one over from the marina - Come for the sunset and with your boat, but dont expect to put your feet in the water from your waterfront site - murky and littered with bricks. 5 stars would be with a shore you could walk out on. However - as close as you’re gonna get to camping on the shore in the area.

I usually begin all my reviews with the positives of each place! However with Presnell Bayside Marina I reverse my trend! Despite the wonderful location when we arrived at our site we found it waterlogged! There was a large amount of water on one side with a muddy area attached! We had to park the RV over to the extreme side of the site to avoid this area.
I am disabled and walk with a cane and my husband was having hip replacement surgery on our return from vacation. We asked the site worker on duty to assist us by placing gravel in the waterlogged area as we were concerned about falling. He told us his boss would be mad if he did that.
Our site and numerous others remained waterlogged and/ or muddy for the duration. I am British and used to camping in the rain but this was past ridiculous. We had a mini lagoon behind us which was knee high for most of our 10 day stay.
Such a shame as the facilities at the site are excellent! The club house is modern with clean showers and bathrooms. The facilities for the disabled are also the best I have seen in a long time. They have a nice pool with a second being constructed across the road for the site's there.
The club house offers a kitchen for campers to use and sitting areas to relax in, basic work out equipment. The balcony gives fabulous views of the bay. Sunsets are amazing. This club house is under utilized!
They have boat slips available but not enough for the size of this establishment. To be called a Marina you should have more slips available to cater for such a large amount of camping sites.
It also seems that Shawn the manager is so involved in his fishing charter business he has little time for site needs and contact with his employees.

Nice RV camp right on the St. Joe Bay. We had problems with the internet due to a lightning strike but within a couple days it was fixed. Nice pool and rest rooms and convenient boot launch. Only a short drive to Port St. Joe for groceries and fishing items. Love it here - people so nice & friendly. Will be back next year for sure.

This is a great campground right on the bay. The spots are nice and level. The bathrooms are very clean. The store has quite a but giving its size and the prices are pretty good. Every interaction we had with the staff was always great. We will definitely be coming back here again and hopefully during scallop season!

Sites are way too close together. No one follows the rules. Boats and trailers everywhere. People pulled in back in sites. Vehicles parked on grass. Dog pens and crates out. Don't know why they even print rules. Nice location and people.

Had problem with the 30 amp breaker in their box, was told to just plug into the 50 amp, need to change out the old breaker
Fortunately I carry a reducer. They didn't seemed to concerned. Not to good of customer service

Wonderful RV resort, right on the St. Joseph Bay. The clubhouse bathrooms were always spotless, the campground was quiet and clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely will go back.

Visited with friends who have been camping for the past week. Area looks well maintained and is walking distance to the gulf. Area appeared to the totally full of Happy Campers.

We was passing through and they had a great great spot for us. Super nice place and very nice staff. The views are excellent. We had an amazing sunset. We will stay here again. Thanks for a great place.

This place is a real gem. I have yet to find a campground with so many amenities for such a great price. The pool was quaint and very clean. My daughter absolutely loved the playground. The sunsets and water views were absolutely to die for. Most negative reviews were focused on the close proximity of the campers in small sites but I totally disagree. The sites aren't necessarily large but they're not super cramped either. Also, beaches were between 7 and 15 minutes away. We ended up going to the state park most days and absolutely loved it. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved this park everything is very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Beautiful sunsets over the bay every night. We will be making a return trip.

What a great RV park! The views were awesome and worth ever nit of what we paid. The sunset was great everyday as well. They had everything you would want to do at the park and very nice facilities. We liked it so much we booked another two weeks here later this year. This was one of the most relaxing vacations at the beach/bay we have had in a while.

Very nice facility. Beautiful clubhouse with laundromat, swimming pool. Nice pool area with a ramp for disabled people. Volleyball court added a nice beach experience. We picked this RV spot because of the location to the bay. We were able to pull our kayaks from our camper to the water in no time. They have added more lots across from the bayside lots since we called here in the past. If you want shade, got lot 33 & 34.

What a mistake. Spots are no where near 35 x 65. The dumpster smells all the way to our site. It’s an RV parking lot. What a ripoff on price too. I will never stay in the dump again. Campers beware.

We stayed on site 10 along the canal with a partial view of the bay. We are quite pleased to have full hook ups and a St Joe Bay view! Update. We've now stayed three different times, up to a week, and can report the experience has always been good. The service remains friendly and the location is incomparable. Book early and stay as long as your schedule allows.
