Very responsive through both email (initially) and then by phone. Showed up when he said he would, tried to repair the existing car FOB, but could not bc it might damage the mechanicals, but saved me 25% or more on the cost of a new key/FOB that had been quoted at the dealership -and he came to me!

My vehicle was stolen and I had to get an entire key made for my Range Rover Evoque. Thankfully, I had someone refer Mike to me and he was able to come same day! Mike came out the same day at the time agreed. He was quick at completing the work. The key remote worked correctly when he finished. The only thing that bothered me was that he charged me more than he told me it would cost when we talked on the phone.

Communication was great! Mike showed up exactly when he said he was going too. Service was quick and efficient. OEM parts and Mike was really nice, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier with this service!
