Carol who is on the phone is very rude. After I asked her one question she started yelling at me and hung up the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The older lady at the front desk was beyond impolite. For a water pump replacement, I was quoted (over the phone) $2,050 total “taxes included” Now, when I went to pick the car up, the older lady at the front desk, presented me a bill for $2,183.03, I very politely and calmly told her that the shop foreman quoted me $2,050 total with taxes included, and…OMG I was not expecting what happened next;…she became angry, and just like that, she started yelling at me that she is “the owner” and they always quote with taxes excluded, she kept yelling; “I’m the owner and we are not discussing this! ”…I couldn’t believe it, all of the sudden she started yelling, it made no sense to me but, I was able to remain calm and I was thinking to myself; “this lady got some issues, this is behavior is not normal, she needs some anger management counseling! ”
I will never, ever come back here. I can’t believe these people stay in business…they will overcharge you as much as the dealer and the owner is completely unprofessional. Shame on you for providing the most disgusting customer service! …Shame on You Prestige Foreign Cars Repair!

My husband and I were visiting from Maryland. Our 650 BMW coupe broke down in Florida, not once, but twice in 5 days. Gil, the head mechanic at Prestige was phenomenal.
He literally sat down with us and showed us the diagnostics and then explained all our options. At one point, we discussed taking the car to CarMax and selling it. Gil assisted us with that as well. Our issue was that the car was running fine one minute, then over heated within minutes. What impressed us the most was Gils honesty. He said he did not want to make an educated guess because he knew the distance we needed to drive back to Maryland. Instead he offered to keep the car and test drive it for us until he could replicate the problem. Within 24hrs he called us and he was very excited to tell us he was able to confirm what the issue was. Unfortunately, we were in a time crunch to leave Florida and Gil was aware of that. He repaired the car within a few hours late on a Friday afternoon at no additional cost than the previous quote, so that we could leave Florida on Sunday as planned.
I can't say enough good things about this man. It's incredibly refreshing to meet a man in this industry with such a remarkable level of integrity and character. The entire staff went above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful to these people.highly, highly

Check engine light on my 2018 BMW X3 M40i, was able to get scheduled quick (BMW dealership was two weeks out) Gil checked it out and got me back on the road in an hour. Very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Will definitely be back for regular service on my BMW!
