We are so excited to understand the process now on how to buy a home, and the trailers have so many more features. Thank you lady from Prestige.

I visited Prestige Home center in Hudson looking for a new home possibility for my mothers retirement. Rose was our customer service/sales representative and was very thorough and knowledgeable on all options prestige had to offer. She asked questions and wanted to provide all the details and focus to help us make the best decision.

Met with Rose Frizzle last week she was extremely helpful! She had a lot of knowledge to share around the details required for my property and upcoming new home.

We purchased our home from prestige and it was the best choice we made! I was able to pick my own layout and colors and just make it mine 8 years in we have never had any issues home still look like new! If you are in Inverness ask for Russell!

One star is way too many. I have been speaking with Sharon and her daughter Rose. Both should never be trusted for so many
reasons. The place is a dump and very unsafe for anyone. No wheelchair accommodations what so ever. I was told by Sharon they would need a signed contract before discussing ADA accommodations. Lots more.

I love the center at Hudson. So very helpful. Ive been working with Sharon Hopkins who is the bomb. Even though I've had to post pone my purchase, they were extremely helpful and I plan on going through Sharon when the time is right next year. I 100% would trust them this large purchase.

Sharon is awesome! She helped us figure out everything and worked with us through the whole process.

We worked with sharon for almost a year, we had several things that Were key improvements we wanted done to the home and one of the reasons we went with prestige as they said that they could do any changes or adjustments to the house.after workingwith us For a year, she left three of the 4 improvements off of our home. When we called and spoke with her manager james we were told. "I'm sorry you didn't get what you wanted. But at least you didn't pay for Something you didn't get. " We made the mistake of paying them in 2 payments and not holding the last 10% until the house was complete. We are now almost 9 months from setup date and still trying to get the damage repairs from the factory done. They have terrible communication skills, and terrible customer service. We payed 120,000.00 for a house that is not done the way we wanted, and still not done.

DO NOT GET A HOUSE WITH THIS PEOPLE PLEASE.
They increased the price 3 times during my process to buy also 1 month after i did all the closing with the bank the increased the price again and they told me if i dont accept this and do the closing again i will not get the house after months waiting, they keep moving delivery date so they can continue increasing prices to make you pay more, really disappointed with prestige homes, they telling me if i don't accepted all prices increase they want i will lose part of the mony down i already give them in front, do not recommend to waste your time and mony here

Respond to you: Refund is not even an option after closing has been done already, you increased the house price again and if i dont accept the price i will lose $2000 on permits, this means that you can increase the price as many times as you want during the time i am waiting for my delivery and if i don't accept the price i will lose mony and monts of waiting time, thats not even an option

Just don't use the company. To many things that went wrong to fix and to many excuses.
